I think 100 nothing in trade, I see more than 250 btc orders last month and this amount hard to transfer every day out of exchange.

I dont know whether to feel pity for you or to join others to knock you because really, you deserves to be knocked. To have that kind of amount showed that you are not a newbie to the game and that alone tells you that leaving any of your fund on exchange site is a big no, no matter the convenience it might bring and that is where the issue comes in. Bittrex woke up one day and then disable all withdrawal unless you do your extensive KYCs and I guess its as a result of that was your account flagged for someone to have that amount of btc.
It even more annoying to see their response with so much effrontery on how creating additional tickets wont make your case faster in addition of not even giving a time frame to the end of such. I hope you can get it resolved and move one to another platform or even keep it in an offline wallets to avoid stories such as this.

So long story short, I've been struggling with them In the past 13 days contacting their support to re-enable my account,
While their replied didn't give me any explanation when or what's the Issue with my account.

Exactly the reason why i stopped using bittrex. They used to be a reliable exchange even if you don't have your papers but now they seem really anal about the terms and conditions that nobody bothers to read. Heck, all i want is a fast transaction, you can take your 0.25% fee or whatever.
Maybe they've got a legit reason for reviewing your account, but reviewing it for so long is unacceptable imo.

Seems they don't care much about threads in scam accusation. They are us based and that makes sense, I think situation will be fixed, there is no need to immediately enter in their office or hire a lawer.

1# I was verified for more than a year.
2# They're based In the US and they're regulated (So didn't expect this)
3# I'm a day trader so I need to jump on trends and TA

They might be based in the US, that doesn't necessarily mean they are *actively* regulated. They are subject to US laws but if you pay enough to the right lawyers they can keep you out of jail for most crimes. I don't see any agency actively regulating cryptocurrency, the is more of a "light touch" approach and shutting down the worst cases of criminal behaviour

The support page says they can be reached on freenode, IRC #Bittrex - but when you log-on, they've "moved to Slack. But the catch is, in order to join the Slack channel, you have to receive an invitation .. and that invitation is reserved for those with "enhanced" status... which is what they removed from my account when they downgraded it to "new". Which means I can only withdraw 0.025 BTC per day.
