Don't use bittrex.
I made a deposit of aprox 10K USD in crypto and because of their technical problems the deposit didn't get credited as usual.
Now they tell me that they have to manually check it and that it could take a month or more and this if it finally gets credited, maybe I "lose" my coins, they don't assure me that it will be credited even having blockchain tx id proof.WTF
This is unacceptable, avoid this exchange at all costs.

In the best case you will also lose your money and in the worst case, you are just one of their team members trying to make things look "normal".

This is horrible, that would be my worst nightmare... And I can promise to whatever exchange out there that does that to me (except I don't have that kind of money) I would be in front of their exchange in no time.
There's not one exchange you can trust out there, all scammers... And the worst part of it is that they are present on the forum almost every day and are just ignoring users issues, while at the same time accepting new users on their platform, probably to do the same to others for as long as they can...
For me, this is it, I stop using those exchanges. I rather see my coins going to zero and that the government shut this shit down, or that they regulate it, instead of getting my money stolen from all those criminals on those exchanges.

I can simply put any exchange that somehow relates to US jurisdiction is a kind of gambling with terrible service.
Do not invest in american exchange platforms significant amounts of money.

Simple rule. If it ends in .com/.net/.whateverelseUShasjurisdictionover don't put your money on it.

It's a fairly extensive check list they have in place no wonder there's so many problems especially if they are looking into multiple accounts etc. Would hate to have money tied up in there with all the verification and support tickets going on before you can really have access to your money.

They don't let users to simply close their account, claiming their deposits! For this you should first preempt your balances and for this one they should let you to withdraw which they just don't

I am not talking about such big amount, but has anyone tried just to ask support to close permanently your account and release funds? I mean they changed terms not giving an option to opt out.

Hello I have the same problem, i have send btc to deposit in my account and the bitcoin transaction confirmation took a long time since the charges were small with the saturation of the btc network, my transaction is now confirmed but in the "pending deposit" box there was nothing left and my transaction does not appear in my balance. yet in "history transaction there is my transaction which is noted ... I wait for 3 days a response from the support I opened a ticket .. and I see that it can apparently take 10 days for the support deals the tickets....
The coins have disappeared from the waiting deposit!
