after 10 days they didn't answer to ticket that why accounts disabled.
in the past Cryptsy disabled my account Due to commercial sanctions, but they sent email to me that you can login to your account and withdraws your funds for For a while (I think 24 hours)
but this pirates do not allow even log in

Bittrex is a scam exchange. I will never use it again. 0.28 BTC stolen and account banned for no reason! Stay away!

The problem is there was Iran in the country list when I signed up and there was no problem for me for more than 5 months.
Now without any announcement, they've decided to disable our accounts and ban our IPs.
I had the same problem with Poloniex but they did let me withdraw my money. Poloniex doesn't have Iran in its country list unlike Bittrex but they were very helpful.
They just have to let us withdraw our money or it's theft.

unfortunately many exchanges seem that there is no one to give them legal advice or it seems that the exchanges are owners of the world and do not need less than 1000 clients because they can easily have that number of clients in just one week or less. In my opinion it was wrong to disable people's accounts without prior notice and without giving people the opportunity to withdraw their coins

Bitterx have to find solution fit their situation with US OFAC.
Ignoring people is not good and mean that "Bitterx" unable to manage such issues, is better to tell customers and explain everything special when we registered according to their terms that allows all to trade.
Still said Bitterx have no right to disable withdrawal and ignore all tickets.

Nothing Bittrex can do in this case. It is entirely up to the US government to decide which countries are sanctioned or not, if bittrex allowed access then they'd be under pressure from the US government to do what their agenda is.
But Bittrex has suspended lots of accounts even though they are in the list of accepted countries.
Moral of the story: If you are in a sanctioned country, just don't use any US based exchanges or at least use a VPN. Even if you're not, try to minimise the time you're storing your funds on exchanges for.

They dont have rights to lock funds, they should release the funds and ban some countries if they wants, but stealing BTC IS A SCAM.
