Sounds like your account got compromised and the offender changed your email and login details for the account. That's why you have to have 2FA.
not hacked.
yesterday, only withdrawal problem,i can log  in and trade.
today,i retry withdrawal ,still not work.
so i sent email to the support, then i cannot log in till now.
i resend many emails to the support,no response.
2FA is not working here.

try to contact them through IIRC , they stay there the most i think, pretty shady for trex to pull tricks anyway, but i hope your problem will be resolve

I've been using Bittrex for pretty much a year now and I have never once had any problems with any of my coins and I have had quite a stash on there at some times more than 6.75 BTC for sure.  Also if I have ever had any problems with Bittrex, Richie has always answered any of my questions and that is just from sending a Tweet to Bittrex on twitter and I've always gotten an answer so I think if you really did have 6.75 BTC in your account to open a ticket like everyone said to do and just not worry about it because if your claim is legit I can guarantee they will find your missing BTC Smiley  Also I might add that the Mintpal fiasco was when new owners took over Mintpal and probably used the credibility that Mintpal had earned in the community to pull their shenanigans but from what I know Bittrex has been run and operated by the same people from day 1 Smiley Cheers

"I left my wallet with 5000 $ in the tram an now I can't find it. Trams are a scam."

This is how your claim sounds to me.

Now, clean your computer of trojans and keyloggers, use 2FA on exchanges and never keep such big amounts on others' hands.

i may not explain clearly.
1.i have used bittrex half a year with no problem.
2.yesterday , withdrawal with no email.
3.today ,i try again,  also no email, may be blocked by mail sever.
4.sent email to support, and get response ,but not resolved
5.all the stage above,i can log in ,and trade.
6. five hours ago,i cannot log in ,and had no response.
7.smell like mintpal,so i post this topic.
8.i contact with the support,Referring the request to change email.
9.now ,still no response ,i cannot get my coins back, and cannot log in

If you wouldn't have kept such big amount, you will surely have had more patience.
If you would have had 2FA, we could have rule out a hack.
Now, I am on the phone and cannot check. DID ANYBODY WITHDRAW BTC TODAY? Maybe somebody can help.

I still think that the problem is with your account only.
And yeah.. it's week-end. Less people working...
it is not about hack, for the withdrawal ,i have patience to wait one day.
balance is not lost, problem is i cannot withdrawal  and cannot log in.
i know anti virus and keep security, hacker may not access .
I am cautious, mintpal's history is not too long.
ryan may process ,but i don't know what's the state.

I can understand that you may be upset and frustrated but I can assure you that no one at Bittrex would scam you and take your coins.

I have been trading at Bittrex for over a year, I have never lost any coins from their exchange.  If you want to help ensure that your account can't be hacked, use 2FA for login and withdrawal confirmations.  Not using 2FA is one of the most common mistakes people make when using exchanges as it doesn't take much for someone to hack a password, log into your account, change the email and password, trade and or withdraw all the coins, and close the account.

Anyhow, the people at Bittrex are very professional.

No way, Bittrex is legit, write them a mail or come into IRC and talk to them directly, they'll get you fixed quickly for sure.

How do you know? Do you have access to their brains and thoughts?

No but he sits on our IRC all day, which basically means he has access to our brains and thoughts... Wink

BTW, OP does not have a ticket open so I have no clue what this is about.  Please open a ticket and we'll work through it.

Thanks,
richie@bittrex
