No Bittrex did not do it was chuck norris who took it to teach you to always use 2fa or the best security available.
I am sorry to hear of you're losses guys but come on use anything you have available to protect you're money/BTC

Bittrex has been legit for quite a long time already, and I don't know why they would want to start scamming now :/

Never had any problems with Bittrex at all, they have solid team and great support on Freenode IRC (#Bittrex).
I'd contact them there if you're having problems as I'm pretty sure they will fix them. Bittrex is NOT a scam.

I tried too withdraw 2h ago , but didn't get the confirmation email too.So what to do we must wait , mayby they do something in background.

As ocminer said, try contact them another way and I am sure they will be able to clear things up. Do you have proof of problems?
