Hi. I had made a transfer of 1000 NXT to Bittrex and never received it. I have contacted Freewallet support and they said it's all good from their side. So far my ticket at Bittrex has been unanswered - almost one week now. Since all of my other coins always arrived without issues I'm not sure if this is a Bittrex issue or NXT issue.. I did follow the instructions correctly and put correct address and message unecrypted

maybe he doesn't check the wallet address or the fee he wants to send the amount because this could make us see denied withdrawals. I think before we do this, we need to make sure that everything is fine so we don't have any problem to make withdrawals. besides that, I think the verified factor could be another problem too because as far as I know, they make a limit for some account which is not enhanced their account. I think he can ask support system and I hope he can solve the problem and not happen again in the future.

Does anyone know, how long does the transaction take for withdraw ZCash from the exchange Bittrex?
I withdrew Zec about half hours ago, but still status Autorised.
Where can I see the status of the transaction?
It is common problem of all exchanges, first you to check receipment  wallet status .There are some security issues related to meltdown,on bittrex you can always cancel tnx, generally crypto is harder and harder those days

Bittrex are strange, I have 1.8 MEC in my Bittrex wallet, a coin which they no longer support.
They charge a 1 MEC fee to withdraw it, but then the 0.8MEC remaining generates a warning that it's too small amount to withdraw (was just going to donate it to the MEC foundation).

I can't buy or deposit anymore because MEC is disabled on Bittrex, and I can't withdraw it.

So every time I look at my Bittrex wallet the MEC just stares at me in limbo.

stop talking about OFAC & all other shits

Bittrex staffs r just bunch of scammers
they just banned thousands of verified users since 28 days ago
Bittrex still allowing deposit to those who got disabled, so situation is clear : scamming people & stealing funds

I am actually happy that Bittrex is becoming really strict with their ID requirements. For those who arent aware, the darknet has a lot of stolen IDs for sale and they're very affordable. From my perspective, there might be some users on Bittrex that are possibly using fake identities to have their accounts verified.

I'm not sure I follow your logic. Why would I care if people are using fake documents to verify? That's between Bittrex and regulators.

Them becoming stricter just means that Basic Verification is becoming meaningless.

And you're only thinking about the darknet and stolen IDs from one angle. The other angle is this: How can we trust Bittrex to store our data properly? Look at what's happened to Equifax, for instance. Bittrex is just a fly-by-night altcoin exchange. I'd hate sending them my driver's license, SSN, etc. My documents could easily end up on the darknet that way.

You should care because you could be tagged as one of them and Bittrex would then require you to go through the verification process all over again.

US regulators will come after exchanges that dont follow KYC/AML requirements. So Bittrex has no choice but to comply.

Thats another topic.

i think this problem is just temporary and now its solved. i don't think that bittrex will make their customer disappointed with a little problem and i am sure that bittrex is trying hard to solve every problem they had. and for customer, i think we need to enhanced our account so we don't have any problem in future and we can protect our account from anything bad that might be happen. just imagine, do you want to let a thief come into your house because you don't secure your house to prevent bad guys to stolen your stuff? this is the same with our account in every exchanges especially if we have a lot of bitcoin inside, we need to secure our account and one of the way its by enhanced our account so when bittrex needs verification, we can send it to them and the problem can solved with fast.

it not solved!
my funds blocked more than 27 days and they do not answer to my ticket
this site is scam

Maybe theres a glitch in their verification process. Their verifier is a from third party thats also being used by other fiat ewallet solutions.

I think it's more than that. Previously, if they could not verify you based on public records, you could be whitelisted by verifying your mobile phone number. Now, it seems like that is no longer good enough. I'm really glad my Bittrex account is empty; I don't think I'll be going back. I have a basic account, but I absolutely do not trust them to keep my SSN or passport safe.

So, given all the recent changes and account lockings (and the total silence from Bittrex), it's just not worth trading there anymore. I just wish Changelly and Shapeshift (and other similar services) were quicker to add coins.

So I signed up for bitrrex about a month ago and went through the process of submitting my license for verification. Everything was approved and have been trading there for last month with no problems including being able to withdraw. Today woke up and logged to be greeting with a withdrawals denied message along with this :

"We could not match your information to our public record providers. To complete the verification process, you must apply for an enhanced account."

Huh? how in the world could they not "match" my valid license information Huh  Any only now after a month while I have thousands sitting there waiting for this fork???

So now I have gone through the enhanced verification and had to resubmit my license again along with a pic.

Finally received verification again, but taking my coins off this exchange ASAP.

I actually used my account on bittrex without any verification for ages and never had any problems in terms of withdrawals whatsoever. But one day when i logged in it told me that i had to apply for basic verification, which i didn't pass even though i have done everything correctly.

It's quite weird honestly, and the fact that they can't match up a legit profile with the info you provide is just crazy.

Bittrex is a big no no for anonymous bitcoin traders that aren't comfortable with providing their ID.

Bittrex gone scam more than 2 weeks ago
just look at the different Forum Sections, more than 40-50 topics about their fraud

I'm worried that there is something more nefarious going on. I've also seen multiple threads in recent days about Poloniex fully disabling withdrawals for people as well. And the fact that both exchanges are simply silent for several weeks as all of us speculate why accounts are being disabled..... that smells a lot like involvement from US law enforcement or regulators. They are both based in the US.

One of the issues is residency in Iran. And I have no idea how Bittrex will sort that out. But there are lots of other people facing these issues with no such common threads. With all this attention on cryptocurrencies right now, it seems like a bad time to expose too much of your holdings to these exchanges.

How can was already enhanced account be requested again for the second time. I think beforehand you have not enhanced the account, maybe just basic. So what's it going after you've verified the second time? Is everything done?

I honestly havent used Bittrex since verifying my account but I am happy to tell you that Poloniex's withdawals are now working without any delay.

All you need to do is to contact support and tell them your problem. I am sure they will fix it within 3 days.

"We could not match your information to our public record providers. To complete the verification process, you must apply for an enhanced account. "

I'm also getting this message despite providing verification information as exactly on my license. (Which is 100% up to date & legally correct.)

(of which i only did because i'd really like to get back what i deposited, and now i'm regretting giving to them since it failed anyways)

Signs of Bittrex incompetence is everywhere, clearly even with their "public record provider" - which is probably some form of equifax based on its shittyness.

I have withdrawn all funds from bittrex since 2 months ago, fortunately before all of these problem occurs.
I've never verify id to register and just use this site for trading before.
And then, people claim bittrex disabled accounts, blocks accounts and denied withdrawals due to id verification doesn't match, or customers still not fulfill all the documents which required. Seems like government or legal authority keep pushing exchanges with billions of dollars transactions to being in accordance with the law about KYC and AML.

I've been joining bittrex for a while.
has never experienced any problems after verification.
most likely the emergence of this problem because you often compose IP when you login,
so the bittrex security system refuses when you log in using the new IP address,
maybe that's the most plausible reason
