Hi,

We have reviewed your account. It looks like someone else logged into your account and sold all of your coins and then tried to turn on 2fa in order to withdraw your funds. We recently added email authentication to turn on 2fa which most likely stopped this person from withdrawing the BTC.

We always recommend using a complex unique password and turning on 2-factor authentication.

Here is the login info of the person who must have your username and password.

Thank you,

Ryan

So you didn't protect your account and never opened 2FA, and this is definitely hacked by hackers, don't blame bittrex and accuse them a scam, they are the most reliable project.
I dont know why do people do still bumping this issue as i have read this is already 3 year old issue and now its being bumped again and been answering now. This thread should be locked? Its much better to prevent more post regarding on this matter. It is already been answered by bittrex representative above which they do tell thar someone do have logged in on the account. Accusing bittrex directly without any strong proofs isnt really good at all.

They are Scamming people step by step, withdraw all your money or you will be disabled too soon

So basically Bittrex could be the next Cryptsy, you say?  Your account got disabled as well?

I don't particularly like them but I was never scammed by them.

I don't know about your particular case, I just hope you get your coins back as soon as possible.

Well... in general I don't like Bittrex and other centralized US exchanges either.  Their regulation is pretty much ridiculous.

Try to use decentralized exchanges where you can, in my eyes they're the future.

I have been with bittrex for far too long to say that they are a scam. I dln't think so Mr. Please do try to contact their support. There must be a explanation of why that happened. That's just insane

My experience with Bittrex is far out positive unlike some smaller exchanges such as CoinExchange where they are just plain rude.

I transfered some ARDOR and forgot to attach a message/memo needed for the deposit, opened up a ticket and got them credited in like 1 day which is really fast.
I use it now as my main exchange, its got a perfect lay-out and everything is organized and easy to handle. Support is friendly and its the first exchange I encountered where its actually easy to verify yourself without needing all that webcam bullshit. To bad they don't offer BTC/USD but BTC/USDT cause I can't get over it that this whole Tether thing it seems fishy to me but the volume is pretty big at all times.

To bad that Bittrex is a big exchange and you won't get any good deals on new listings.

For what it's worth I've used Bittrex over a year now never an issue, stored up to 21 BTC on there at a time without issue... this thread ought to be allowed to recede into the abyss again imo.

There was a glitch and my stoploss instantly triggered.

Well I lost all hopes to solve that as it is TWO MONTHS already.

Poloniex at even its darkest piar times responded much better.

So far, I have not encountered any problem with my Bittrex account. I have been using the exchange for several months already and everything went smoothly. I think the problem with your situation is on your end, regarding personal security most probably. High security regarding personal accounts in Bittrex is well provided, you just have to activate and maximize all of them.

Until now, I use bittrex no problem. because I use 2fa. 2fa is the safest feature of the moment. if you do not use there is a chance for hackers to enter your account. It is unfortunate.
