Both; max bet directly effects max win. If you bet 25% less, you win 25% less, etc. This only really effects high rollers/whales though.

We adjusted our max win levels from 2%/10% with margin on slots, and 1.6%/8% on Plinko to 1.6%/8% on Slots, and 1.2%/6% on Plinko. We also lowered Bit Spin's limits around 25%.
