Bitvest is a popular and trusted casino. It's been around for a long while and Lightlord has positive trust and status of donator on Bitcointalk. Op, I don't think you really have proofs of Bitvest cheating and not paying. Judging from the evidence you presented, you lost the money before receiving a reply from customer support or any information about your withdrawal request. And then, when you already lost, they obviously could not let you withdraw what was not already there. Although I think this counts as poor customer support and perhaps a design issue. It would make more sense to freeze the money that the player requested to withdraw and not allow to play with it.
Then again, like you've mentioned, there are other casinos you can turn to in case you don't like this one, like Bitcasino.io (I believe that's the one you meant in your first post).

This is one point of OP that he wants, first of all he wants to get a instant withdrawal because he has this huge feeling of greediness. You can see when he went from 5 eth to 85 eth and he can lose it just as simple as that. It does not because bitvest can't pay them. But of course their hot wallet does not have this huge amount. And usually this might be done manually. OP does not have patient to wait their withdrawal processed. That is why he blaming bitvest on losing too much money
I don't easily believe that they do have that kind of amount into their hot wallet knowing Bitvest is one of the oldest gambling site that had been trusted by many.
Admin already explain his point on earlier pages which I hope that would already be cleared out any doubts.People do really love to blame up and say that the site is scam
if they do experience delay.I see some points but he should have waited before he play and lost all of his balance but a gambling site should really had that instant withdraw as a standard but we cant really avoid the circumstances for hot wallet to get drained and goes through manual mode.

Has anyone told lightlord about this issue yet? Its been days already and I can't seem to find any feedbacks from him, maybe Hhampuz can get lightlord to participate here. From what I know, this is unlikely Bitvest, they have run for too long, maybe there's just an issue on OP's account.

@lightlord (I do hope he is also a subscriber of Maggiordomo, LoL)
@Hhampuz, maybe you can helo them get in touch to lightlord.
Zodiac1233, one of the admins of Bitvest already give out his word above.I do like to see on what would be the things will lightlord to add up.

Our wallet limits were reduced a fair bit due to a recent exploit with Keno, which we covered ourselves for 5 bitcoins in value. We are currently laying down changes, such as a better "cheat detection" system in the backend. This will allow us to restore our higher wallet limits to better service our customers.
Your new Keno game had experienced some exploit? that sounds bad and hopefully all things would be fixed up and goes back to normal.

As the admin had already spoke up and might already have arranged the issue privately then its good to lock up this thread for no further discussions.

I also see your name on luckyb.it from time to time when I was still a regular on there, and I believe that you're one of the high rollers, but I don't think your accusation on bitvest has sufficient weight to back up your claims. Not that I'm doubting you, but you can clearly see that they will process it as soon as their wallet is refilled. You could have just left it on there and waited a day or two--surely wouldn't hurt the bank I believe, and could have gone the other way only if you had the patience. This usually happens on some gambling sites too, when hot wallets get emptied and they need to refill, but it's quite unusual for them to cancel withdraws of their users, and that rarely happens on established sites, too.

At the heart of Bitvest lies our community, a place where you can have fun, a great experience, and socialize. We strive with enthusiasm to bring forward a pleasant experience for everyone.

We regret that we haven't been able to fully uphold our philosophy and plan on making changes to ensure this doesn't happen again. We want everyone to have a great experience.

I have been preoccupied with developing many features for Bitvest that I have not been able to give the attention as needed. Therefore, we will be expanding our support team later this month and build better tools to manage tickets for a better overall experience.

Hello World.
Sorry about your loss. Personally I think bitvest have a fault here, imagine they don't even have 2ETH on their hot wallet to process withdrawal and they don't even deduct the requested amount to be withdrawn from the main balance so the user will eventually recieve the said amount at a later time once the hot wallet is refilled.

Probably there were many withdrawals requests before he request the 2ETH withdrawal and bitvest forget to refill their hot wallet because it is weekends. It is just too bad if a well known site like Bitvest unable to cover 2ETH withdrawal from the hot wallet. I cant fully blame Bitvest, but the OP also have fault in this case because he was not patient enough to wait.
I have to agree that any withdrawal requests should be accepted even if the hot wallet is empty, just put it on something like "PENDING" while the amount is deducted from user's balance so there is no ways for users to keep playing with the requested amount.

Lol - clearly you aren't that familiar with Bitvest lately. Most people playing there are ones playing with free tokens, and every once in a while someone will deposit and play. I highly doubt there were "many withdrawals" prior to him. And come on guys, 4ETH is NOTHING for a casino to pay out. There should be absolutely no excuse as to why a properly functioning crypto casino cannot pay out 4ETH from their hot wallet without issue. IMO either the admins of the site are lazy af or they are deliberately doing this with people they know will bust if they wait it out based on their history. Either one is def not suitable for a casino.

If Bitvest actually cared about such players they would take the 1-2 hours it takes to redevelop this withdrawal function to HOLD your crypto once you've made a withdrawal, even if the hot wallet is empty. There are other ones I've been to that will go ahead and hold the funds at least immediately, which you can always contact support and release it back to your account if you truly need to. But it at least doesn't just have it dangling in front of you waiting to be busted. Imo Sh*tvest has gotten worse and worse over time. I refuse to deposit there lately due to such events that have come up. Not to mention their questionable provably fair system that they were running for the longest time. Who knows if they were just scamming users with rigged seeds at that time. Sure took them long enough to implement literally the MOST important part of a cryptocasino. Just shows how much they care. Just enough to get by.

Maybe regarding your withdrawal request, an error occurred and your btc is blocked in some way, it may be the same Bitcoin network, but I think the accusation does not fit in the scam, and believe me, I understand your point that It's annoying for Wait. Request and process the withdrawal with another type of slightly higher rate, that may be the reason for the problem, communicate by presenting that option, perhaps that is the main reason for canceling the withdrawal request.

As far as I know there are two admins of that site- Zodiac and lightlord. Bitvest usually runs out of funds and admins aren't that much available so hot wallets remains kinda low at certain times. I think if they get active then they can solve this problem.

You on other hand should have waited even if it was taking time more than a day. They have their own problems that they have to fix so that users don't find trouble while withdrawing but they are not forcing you to play. They are not responsible for your decision to start playing again until hot wallet gets filled. Are they?

However I wonder why they cancelled your withdraw requests (that is wierd thing to do also).

Hello i am old gambler here, in past i used the nickname as engineer on luckyb.it and bitcasino.io
As you know i am a serious player, and take note of this:

"DONT PLAY OR BET ON BITVEST.IO" - If you win them dont will have money to pay your winnings.

This is the third time this happen with me.

*2 months ago i deposited 5 ETH, i winning about 85 ETH, i ask a withdraw of 50 ETH, i wait 24 hours and nothing. i start play again angry and lose all.
*Today i put 1 ETH, i win about 5 ETH, i ask just a 2.00 ETH withdraw, and it not paid, force me to still playing and lose all.

Thats Sucks and bye SHitvest. you lose a gambler addict for these bulshit actions. I dont talk this because i lose a low as 1 ETH, thats i can afford, i can afford lose 100 BTC in 1 hour on bitcasino, but when i win 200 BTC on them, them pay instantly.

Can delete my account: macarrao, you dont will see one cents more from me.

Do you make a support request on Bitvest? Looks like you play while you waiting the withdrawal request and busted all your fund this is annoying to wait for so long but do you read their rules on withdrawal? No body force you to play on bitvest I know what you feel sorry for your lose.

What you have just stated is not enough to claim scam really and I don't think anyone would want to agree with you. In  the site defense, their argument would be that payment is done manually in other for them to do some 'verification' which is normal in the gambling world in other for them to keep their platform safe at the same time comply with standard. For you not to wait for them to complete that process, then its your fault. As much as 24hours is long to receive your funds, I don't think its too long for you to wait in other to have a convincing argument that they fail to pay you.

Now this is the way out, since you have the ability to win which you have done two times conveniently, why don't you do it again but rather than canceling your withdrawal to wager it, try to work on the pressure and the temptation by not falling for it. Its after that same thing happen, you can open scam accusation thread.
You will surely complain on this kind of system. Why? Most gambling sites nowadays already have instant payments and there's no such need of that further verification which would lead to manual approval on withdrawals and having an empty hot wallet from time to time is somewhat shady on my view.As a business you should maintain those storage to have
funds inside so that anytime theres a request it would be processed directly without any problem.

It was stated even on the withdrawal page that withdrawals are processed within 2-18 hours,. If you had waited for that period and you didn't get your funds that's when you can call them scammers but from your claims, It's you who's not able to control their gambling habit, I'm sure even if they had paid out you'd have deposited it back and lose it all anyways, that's just my opinion.

Bitvest on other hand should just try to process payout more faster, or at least set an automated withdrawal process from smaller amount.

Op: Did you read all the terms and conditions of bitvest?. Most casinos have this scheme on their sites. It won't fall to scam because you and the casino have an agreement which gamblers should have read. You may have violated some rule (i'm not sure) since the admin/moderator did not respond to you yet.

You did not read and understand the main problem in this thread obviously. I suggest you to reread the whole posts by OP then post what do you think about the issue.
I'm not trying to defend bitvest because the issue is about losing balance while OP is not patience enough to wait for the withdrawal request to be accepted and processed because of the empty hot wallet.
I understand it is obviously annoying to wait for so long time for our withdrawal but at least the site should not recommend the players to keep playing while waiting for the hot wallet to be refilled. Just like what is said by Rhavar, the site should put the request on queue and the amount should be deducted from the user's balance while it is on queue instead of rejecting the withdrawal request.

It is sad for you if this is really true. However, the fact that you lost and did not wait for the payment is only your problems. Of course, 24 hours is a lot, but maybe there were simply not enough funds on the wallet.
P.S. I have never played bitvest before.

Tell me which rules OP has violated? From all of screenshoot he provided, none of them looks like he *didn't violated any rules.

The problem not is lose, but i want the money in my hands when i request it. The money on Casino should be mine, if not, if the admin need to pay manually, it sounds to me: Scam.

There are few sites which processed the withdrawal by manually if they are thinking suspicious thing or the withdrawal amount is huge for them. There were few case, they even asked us about our KYC
