That said, I really don't like how casinos like this handle it. Especially the "You may continue playing while you wait" is a little predatory. I've long suspected some casinos have intentionally done this sort of stuff to encourage people to gamble (i.e. i've seen some casinos where they ask large winners to wait >2 days+ etc).  I think the best way to handle an empty hot wallet is to queue any withdrawal that couldn't be processed (and deduct the amount from the persons balance, so they don't gamble it). And of course, any serious casino should be able to process almost every single withdrawal without delay.

It's the house strategy though, they process the withdrawals in more than couple of hours or even a day to pursue their player to still gamble their money. There should be an account balance and in-game balance so the withdrawal will not deduct anymore to in-game balance. There's the problem with bitvest and I know they'll fix this as soon as possible, however, it is your fault that you played still after a pending withdrawal. He is right, You could've waited.

Anyway back to this, I think even though he messaged admin/moderator of bitvest, he won't get his money back because he already lose it on bitvest. It might be different case if his withdrawal still unprocessed from bitvest, admin/moderator could help  him to processed his WD.

Does this fit out on scam accusation? I guess not.

We cant only point out just on Bitvest yet there were other online gambling sites that do have this kind of behavior where delaying up their withdrawals
for its players do end up on spending up their funds and lose it all instead.It really sounds unethical but a certain gambler do have some mistakes on this part.
If they do just wait up for their withdrawal to get processed then they wont able to lose those but on the sites side- when theres already a requested withdrawal
it should really be mainly deducted on players balance so that it wont be spend even he decide to play further.

When you can't withdraw and decided to play again, didn't you think about winning? I think your loss is your own fault, if they don't let you withdraw your money then you should contact them and wait their response. But what just happened is that you were not patient enough to wait and lost them all.

I've also had experience with Bitvest in terms of having manual withdrawals. The ticket system does not appear to be responsive - the only way to really capture the attention of admins to process your payments is through contacting a mod in chat, it seems.

Especially in the case of Bitvest where you are able to request multiple withdrawals. You don't even need to cancel the previous withdrawal before you can play other games, because your balance technically was never reduced if it's pending manual.

It seems like a bit of a dirty trick to play, imo. Ofc intentions can differ but this is what it seems like from the surface.

Personally I think bitvest have a fault here, imagine they don't even have 2ETH on their hot wallet to process withdrawal and they don't even deduct the requested amount to be withdrawn from the main balance so the user will eventually recieve the said amount at a later time once the hot wallet is refilled.

Probably there were many withdrawals requests before he request the 2ETH withdrawal and bitvest forget to refill their hot wallet because it is weekends. It is just too bad if a well known site like Bitvest unable to cover 2ETH withdrawal from the hot wallet. I cant fully blame Bitvest, but the OP also have fault in this case because he was not patient enough to wait.
I have to agree that any withdrawal requests should be accepted even if the hot wallet is empty, just put it on something like "PENDING" while the amount is deducted from user's balance so there is no ways for users to keep playing with the requested amount.

Look at your trust, you have accepted 3 negatives feed form some user and it does mean you don't have any solution to show a good way for OP IMO. Clean it first and make something useful for this forum transparently don't through PM or other thing related to it.

For OP, if you have made some withdraw and all of them haven't been processing it would be good to contact the support or at this forum Bitvest.io still have signature campaign that still running, you can PM the signcamp manager.

i think thats the best way to approach this. i dont think lightlord will want to ruin their reputation by not resolving a simple matter from their patrons. bitvest has long been in this community and the OP should reach out to the right persons to resolve his withdrawal issues.

It's not 100% about resolving withdrawal issues, an established casino shall have automatic payment system and for any specific "big" amount which is higher than a specific mark, they should notify users (i.e: an email saying so to let the player know / estimate when will payment happen). For this case: the casino play the game and the player fall into it exactly the way they want (delay and keep silent is the best strategy to beat player mood), and as a player his anger ruined his day.

Also, the use of "forum" is nonsense regarding to this matter, and it's not an excuse that the casino owner is more active on public forum than staying with his casino and monitor it to support customers in a timely manner, rather than let the customer bring the issue to a public forum (so that he need to act to protect his casino reputation).

Try to be a little calm, I am sure they can communicate with you, the platform may have some technical failure and there may be many withdrawals in the queue, perhaps they must be processed manually, this platform I have played there without problem. You still have to wait to see how they can help you.
