withdrawal then its something that doubtful but it wont be shocking that he might committed some violation on why such delay that he had been able to experience.

As far as I know, this isn't the first time the gamblers on their gambling site have complained about their withdrawal being stuck, and if I remember correctly, the reason as to why their withdrawal was stuck was due to the gambling site's hot wallet being empty(or something similar to that).

The other possibility could be the respective account put on hold for verification which will be completed once the user submitted what the customer support ask them to do and this could be the possible reason for the pending withdrawal not the hot wallet being empty because no other user arise such issue and if the casino's hot wallet dried then every withdrawal request will go pending and this thread would turned into a crazy mess.

Basically the bitvest team were generous in rainbot because of the New Year and Holiday seasons. As always, you will get such bonuses and promotions at most places in these times of the year. Anyways, February has just started, let's hope there is still something to get for free Wink
