So, he's back to his old ways. This guy will never change. Look at the red tags he has and tell me if he has changed at all. Last time he excused himself that he had taken the COVID and it had been really bad, but it was like the third time he did the same thing. Not long ago I also saw that the signature campaign was paused because the manager couldn't get in touch with him. Groundhog day. And this of delays in the withdrawals, well it's nothing new either. Read my feedback and you will see that nothing has changed.

This is the weakness when a site is managed by himself alone without any other staffs to support him.
Anytime he has an issue in real life, the site and players will be abandoned till he can come back.
I have no idea why he does not want to hire some staffs to help him in handling the casino, is he having a trust issue so he cant trust anyone to help him with his gambling business?
Bitvest was one of my favorite sites years ago because I loved their plinko game but I left it after no upgrades at all at Bitvest + the repetitive issue related to withdrawal and slow response.

This suggestion has been raised up before and for sure he read this for many times in their community, But guess Lightlord still didn't get any help and decide to operate to do usual things he do. If this issue continue to exist then provably that this will lead up something bad for their business, since provably that lots of gamblers including their old time gamblers might get disappointed for those issues happening in their casino.

For sure they can able to pay for getting additional workers, but it leaves a question to me on why Lightlord still didn't choose to follow the recommendation of people and just decide to operate by his self. For sure Bitvest is a profitable casino and if they would just maximize things needed on their casino then for sure that there's a high chance that this casino would earn a lot more success.

He would but it takes time and usually, there won't be any talks but the grant of the withdrawal with the amount that's asked.

With the past issues that bitvest has got, there were some staff that works for him to address such issues. But as usual, the main fund comes from him for the replenishment of their cold wallet on the platform.

I hope that the guy will have his money(bch) and will be able to successfully withdraw it.

I tried DMing Promo a few times in the last few months but never got a response.  I submitted a ticket just now.

I guess he already do that and imagine he's issues exist since march but still he didn't get that BCH on his account. This indicate that there's big issue happening unto their casino. What's bad about it is its hard to connect with them since lightlord is inactive. And will just check their thread when maybe they are curious to know about what's happening here.

170 BCH is huge amount of money so hopefully they would settle this issue.

If history is anything to go by, they will pay, but who knows when. And in some cases in the past the impatient gambler ended up betting and losing everything he originally wanted to withdraw and could not.

is this a new complaint or is this something new? I remember you posting here about withdrawal issues or something with bitvest in the past and I remember that it got resolved.

I got everything withdrawn except the BCH.  For some reason the BCH part takes forever.

It appears they have only 173 BCH on that xpub, which is a lot less than they should have.   There's 218.5 BCH invested on the charts https://bitvest.io/charts_bch , plus my 170.9 withdrawal, so they should have at least 389 BCH in reserve.    I suspect the missing BCH is in some kind of illiquid investment and that's why they can't pay promptly.  I guess they weren't expecting almost half the total BCH to be withdrawn all at once.   But three months is a long time to wait.

LL is not active for more than a month now so I doubt that you will get a quick answer here, have you tried contacted support by submitting a ticket?
Losing your 2fa may need a bit complicated process to be done, I've experience it in other casino and they ask me several things in order to prove that I'm the original owner of the account.
If there is a live chat support which is active 24/7 then you can solve it fast but unfortunately there is no live support in Bitvest IIRC.
Lesson learned for you, you have to back up your 2fa so there will be a better and fast solution when you lose 2fa.

How can you be accepted into the Bitvest campaign while you haven't made a registration application at all in the Bitvest signature campaign thread. go to the service section and find the bitvest campaign thread, good luck.

This thread is specifically for bitvest concerns and not of the campaign, there is the campaign thread that's for this concern of yours.

And with that, you have to read the updates if there are open slots or none. But I'd do you a favor that there are some slots for senior members only if you read the second to the last update of our campaign manager, Brainboss.
Is not hard to get information about the signature campaign all that you need to do is to visit the service section, and check for the campaign, if there be any an opening, you will have to apply and wait to know if the manager accepts your application or not, and from the update on the thread you can know what the state of the campaign is and where they are in terms of payment.
