@Lightlord

Are you going to process my withdrawal?  I have reached out to you in chat, pm'd you on the site, submitted support tickets, and attempted to contact you here.  I have run out of options.  Where are you?
I don't know about how dire your problems are but you have to wait patiently, it seems that @Lightlord is a little bit busy so I don't think that he will be able to answer, think about it, there's only so much a human can do in a day. Even us users who participated in his campaign has wait for our payments too.

Thanks.  I feel better now.  I didn't know that it was normal to wait a week or more for a manual withdrawal from this casino.  In the five years I've been playing here, it's never happened before.  I wish I'd have known it was a habitual occurrence before I stressed out. They should explain the possibility of slow withdrawals on their landing page so that we wouldn't worry when they don't pay us as fast as we've come accustomed to being paid with the crypto casinos - some of them pay within minutes.  I'm not going to lie though --> a week does seem a little long in my opinion.

Thanks for your help.
Certainly, its a frustrated moment because your money seems stuck but don't worry bitvest is a casino which is existing long and also having good reputation hopefully you won't face such scenario in future. I expect the casino to hire someone to do this job so the customers won't get disappointed due to waiting for too long.

Don't forget to update if your transaction was processed.

Don't worry too much and don't thank me, I didn't do anything, I was explaining to you that it's a pretty difficult to manage all your money making activities so you don't exactly have the time to spend on frivolous things or things that don't have a high priority, not saying that your problem isn't a priority but think about it, a little empathy for others could go a long way.

Personally i don't see any reason for gambler to tip the owner just because they won on their site, you won because of your luck, not because you have tipped lot to owner.

Yes you right  gambler won not because he/she tipped the owner of the Site , online gambling  you have 50% chances of winning cause it is Programed already by the owner. you cannot predict what the results is if you are lucky in that day so you will win.  Cause in the world if gambling you cannot say that your the best Gambler  cause everytime you play you have 2 options win or loss gambling is like a tire on your car sometimes you will be in top celebrating your victory  but sometimes you will be in bottom crying for your loss.

Instead reached him on this forum, i think you could get faster response when you send to support ticket or contact their CS or Moderator on bitvest. I rarely seen Lightlord interact too much with people on here.
Yes Lightlord is quite busy. Its very rare for him to answer the questions here or interact with the users about his gambling sites.

Thus if there's an issue its better to direct it to the site's support.

I tried there first.

Well about that donation i think it don't need to disscuss anymore, since the guy never online again and lightlord also didn't say anything about that (he shouldn't too because it was donation). Personally i don't see any reason for gambler to tip the owner just because they won on their site, you won because of your luck, not because you have tipped lot to owner.

First of all, isn't fair and ethical right? Their respect will go down and also the donated money already reached the people who deserves it then how can a site can return it.

Anyway who wants to donate then just donate to the one who you know personally or simply give it to the good hands and they will see the remaining things.
I didn't see this response, I am not sure if it was donation to a cause, I assumed it was just simple donation to website itself, so at the end if the money were to be returned, it wouldn't be yanked out of anyone, it would just come out of bitvests wallet. However it is still not ethical to ask for a donation back, it just didn't make any sense at the time and as far as I can see the guy is gone, since I didn't see any response from him here for more than 2 months now I think?

This became an old story, I just wanted to reply because you wrote to me and I didn't see it, sorry about that. I think you are right on the fact that whoever you want to donate it should definitely to be a person or a place that you know personally that will help more people, the bigger the reach the better because you can donate billions to one place and rarely get the impact of millions to another place.

I wouldn't ask for money either, you do not donate in order to ask for something in return. Even if Lightlord, decides to return that donation (which I highly doubt it), it's something I wouldn't do either if I were in his shoes. A donation is final, and it happened quite a few years ago, and you are asking for a portion of that money, now that the price has skyrocketed. Let's just say that it is not going to happen.
That is the thing about these type of situations, we end up saying that it shouldn't happen but at the end of the day the question lays on lightlord and he has to decide what to do. We say that he shouldn't do it, and we all agree that a donation is a donation and there is no coming back from donation that is for sure, but at the end of the day when there is a human factor involved and if he ends up giving some of it back then there is nothing to be done at all.

I hope that he doesn't because that would make all the donations into using them as a wallet, just give them money and when you need it back ask for it back, because if it happens here then what stops others to do the same as well? Others could very well do it and then expect it the same way as well if this guy gets it. Yet like I said at the end of the day it is lightlord that will decide on this.
I don't think that Lightlord, or anyone else in his position, would or should return money that has been donated under any circumstances. The reason behind my opinion is pretty simple. Because anyone who might have donated the past few years will start asking to return a portion of their donation. Returning a single donation would lead to a cluster of people who are going to try and claim money back.

i just ask for help and need at least 1 reply. I think i deserve it.
A reply would do and I think that you should receive that anytime soon. But about what you're asking, I reckon other opinions about the donation.

I agree guys, a donation is a donation and if you really want to "donate" to anyone then you can't do anything that would be really beneficial to the people in need, go donate to charities and help the poor people or old people or childs etc etc there is a charity for basically every single thing in the world.

This is why I think it is immoral to ask the money back, why would you end up giving a donation and then asking it back, even maybe asking it to be forwarded to some charity of their choosing that would make sense, still they wouldn't be forced to do it, they can buy a car with that if they want to, they can make a huge vegas trip they want to but at the end of the day they wouldn't be forced to do anything, not just this but basically no other thing neither, it's theirs and they can do whatever they want. I understand there is an upset by the person who donated, but it's fine.
When someone wants to donate they can donate in the neighborhood instead of doing it somewhere or in online because poor and homeless people are everywhere so one who worries about where their money is going then they should do it on their own. Most of the trusts are scammers in online even the bigger one are too.
