participants of bounty campaigns that Lighlord is managing got their payout two weeks and a week ago respectively, anyway I hope the issue will be resolved so people will lose their trust to Bitvest one of the oldest gambling sites in Cryptocurrency.

it's only a small amount and  Lightlord just paid the last two campaigns he is running, hope to get the issue resolve soon.

I don't know where you get that from:

That was the last payment Lightlord made from Bitvest.io's sig campaign. He has not paid since the week that started on August 2, which is normal for him. I am attentive because although I have left the campaign, I have to pay the first two weeks of August.

Lightlord has been busy with these things all the time and he was always like this. This is why I feel like there is another job that he does and this is his second job, I have always felt that way.

It might be just a feeling but I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

It's now exactly 1 week since I am waiting for my withdrawal. My personal feelings start to shift from annoyance to fear of loss. Especially since I am trying to withdraw only a smaller part of my investment in bitvest.

My support ticket from August 14th is still unhandled and unreplied and I have a feeling like bitvest is simply not maintained anymore.

have you tried PMming @lightlord again here in Bitcointalk? seems like He is only at least almost every day so maybe can have clarity on your issue?

more than 1 week of being unhandled ticket only happens in inactive gambling site in which the players are not constantly playing.
but like bitvest in which having thousand or hundred active players a day , then this is not really attractive anymore.

I hope it will not escalate to something that will harm Bitvest I consider Bitvest one of the leading gambling sites and its a success is what other start-up gambling site is trying to achieve, one week waiting for withdrawal is quite annoying, there could be a lot of ticket coming in the system and it was missed or there's something wrong on their support, it's only a small amount and  Lightlord just paid the last two campaigns he is running, hope to get the issue resolve soon.

Lightlord has been busy with these things all the time and he was always like this. This is why I feel like there is another job that he does and this is his second job, I have always felt that way. These places probably do not make nearly enough money to consider it a business and just use this to make money, otherwise he would have been here or at least can afford to hire someone who can pay properly every month. Think about it, dude is basically managing a whole casino with 200+ pages now and he still doesn't "have the time" to handle it, if he is so busy, if there is something very bad in his life, just hire someone else to do it for him, you can always hire someone to work for you if you are busy, if you can't handle it yourself AND you can't hire someone that means this business is not a profitable one at all, and never was a one. There is literally no other explanation to this situation.

Busy is not a good reason to let players wait too long time for their withdrawal. Lightlord is active and online frequently in this forum so I believe he is aware about above issue. Afaik there was Zodiac who used to help Lightlord in managing the casino, so PMing lightlord and zodiac can be the best alternative way to get an answer for the issue. If it is being done already and no answer from them, I have no more idea on what to do except "waiting" although waiting for too long time is annoying for most people.

There's no warning sign on Bitvest he just paid promoters just last week Bitvest is still one of the reputable gambling sites in the industry and they plan to hold into it now that the market is getting better, you can create another ticket for follow up, I have this feeling that your ticket was missed.

Just want to add that I made a significant recent withdrawal, let's just say it was well over what I normally do. Price of BTC has been great and also it's been a while since I made a withdraw, plus my campaign earnings go directly to my Bitvest account too.

It didn't go through hot wallet, manual withdraw. But PM'd admin and I got it almost immediately after that. Seems to have fixed the delays then?Smiley
But many people don't like when they want withdraw their money, they must contact admin first to get their withdrawal which will consume more time for them. We want quick and fast withdraw so we can satisfied later once the money came to our wallet.

Since 12th August I try to withdraw some DOGE, since 14th August I have a ticket pending asking for the DOGE wallet to be refilled.
Since yesterday I try to leech what I can from the hot wallet, but meanwhile I don't even get measly 500 DOGE out - that thing is totally dry.
(In all fairness, I should also mention that I could make a substantial LTC withdraw without problems)

Since the bitvest folks enjoy an excellent reputation around here, I am not worried yet, but it definitely starts to be annoying and as investor I don't think this modus operandi is really appealing to new players.

I at least hope to get my DOGE out before price starts to dump again.

Looks like @lightlord is being busy in other things these past months as issue continuously arise in regards to the good reputation of Bitvest and 777coiin.

though he is being online from time to time but never visit this thread to update or addressed issues from the regular players.

If regular like you experience this , then what more those newbies that starting to find which site is best to bet on.
Their reputation is good but now casino platforms in the cryptocurrency market increased a lot so they need to offer best of the best user experience to keep their customers playing there, I hope lightlord will look into this issue and update about this soon or atleast appoint some representative specifically for the forum to handle the issues.
Yups the competition is very tight nowadays as there are new casinos that really making its way up and being a threat to older one , innovation and updates needed for the old casino to get along the business and get along towards competitors .

Bitvest has been running for 8 years now and just recently that they are facing such issue , what i was wondering why @lightlord is not responding for the claims of the players in which gladly saying that they are a loyalist in the site and playing for years consistently .
seeing many casino closing recently , hope that this one wont end like some famous site like the Big Dice sites that shut down just months ago.

Agree that the issues need to be listened to and I think we just need to be courteous and remind, I think withdrawals are such a pain point for casino gamblers, so we need to keep reminding admin that they have to do something about it.

Reputation wise, I know they always honor everything and perhaps Covid and personal life as someone mentioned have an impact so we must give the benefit of doubt in the meanwhile. I know life also happens to me when I least expect:)

This platform will not last for so long if they don't innovative things to their users, also the number of competitor keeps increasing so they really need to do something make all things works out and their current player will stay as well as they can attract new players to play on their platform. Also your suggestion is right it's really a big plus if there's a guy actively interact to this thread and solve any issues occur since this really gives a good impression that this gambling site is good. Remember the most honest gambling platform will always remain and became successful in this business together with creating a lot of marketing and other competitions.

I also think that this is not a proper signature campaign that everyone joins with full heart anyway, this is like the place you go to for in between situations, your last signature campaign ended? You are looking for a new one? Well get this one meanwhile and then you can end up with a new one and carry this until that day. In this case, being paid is enough, since it is a very tiny amount that they are paying as well, it is never a problem for me.

If that's how you use the campaign, no wonder you say that. This is not a campaign to be in just a couple of weeks. On the contrary, it is a campaign to stay in for a long time. It is the longest running campaign in the forum and precisely the structure of tiers what it does is to encourage people to stay. I am in tier B Mr member. If I make all the posts in a week I earn more than $50, which is in line with most campaigns of this kind. Although in this one you have to write more posts.

If you only use it between other campaigns, you will be in the lowest tier which only pays you a few satoshis.

poker player was right bitvest and 777 are good campaigns to be join  if you part of them you will realize that this campaigns, is valuable to all who've join because lightlord pay with an extra amount if the payment will delay over a day or an hour 2 weeks before.  I'll join This campaigns and I am very thankful to the Manager even though Im in tier E but still the payment is good.

I just successfully withdrew $1,800 from the hot wallet....no problem. However, it's the manual withdrawals that concern me....I'd like to play for real, but I don't know if their wallet can handle it, or not....I wish they'd say something to let us know if their manual withdrawals have been fixed yet.  Withdrawing anything over 1 eth seems to be hit or miss....

Good to hear that you have just withdrew your money eventually after waiting for several days (a week maybe).
Although it is processed manually, at least you got it already.
It is obvious that bitvest needs to improve their payment processing on both from the casino and for the sign campaign.
Delay is not a big problem if there is a specific acceptable reason and if they inform it in advance and give frequent updates about it.

No...that's not what happened.  They never answered my support tickets on the other thing and I threw that money back to them after 8 days with no response....that's still unresolved.  The hot wallet withdrawals have never been a problem as long as there's enough in the hot wallet.  The problem is with the manual withdrawals....there's nobody there to process them.  The ethereum hot wallet doesn't hold very much in it, so any type of good win, over an eth or so, goes straight to manual withdrawal which they haven't been processing for me.

The small withdrawal I made today came from the hot wallet....I've learned that it's not a good idea to bet too much because if the hot wallet gets too low, I might not get paid....I don't even know if they're there anymore because they haven't been refilling the ethereum hot wallet and they haven't been responding to me.  They might be in the hospital with covid or something; I don't know, but the ethereum hot wallet's been getting filled by depositors....not by staff....so....there's that.

I've never had a problem with them before either, but what's your definition of slow?  I waited a week for my withdrawals, and I pm'd them, submitted tickets, pm'd mods, posted on the forums....they never responded to me....they still haven't responded to me.  There's something different going on with them now.  I don't know what it is but I hope they fix it.

Ah, well, it's a different experience for me. "Slow" is a 24-hour timeframe for BTC only recently but 3 years before that and 4 years of instant for LTC, ETH.  I have gotten it fairly quickly (hours) once PM'ing. "Slow" was also last year; last one I did in May I believe was instant so had assumed they fixed it.

If it's true that there are week-long delays, I'm sure it's just a situation that's developed so an issue that needs responding. I know the owner has acknowledged the issue in the past when it started happening so let's see what comes out of this. Good luck.

It's a stable campaign that has been going for years and I believe will be active in the future. I acknowledge that Lightlord delays the payments, but as long as I get paid, I'm okay, since I'm not really using that money in the meantime.

It really is, the campaign is already here when I become active here in Bitcointalk and that's a long time, I'm sure many of us here started here or have become part of the campaign, you will not regret being a part of the campaign, it's a reputable gambling site and a well-managed campaign, and you will always see their signature on almost all interesting topics because they have quality posters.
