If it's a big amount it's ok not to be ok you should get your withdrawal based on the time they set that you should receive it,  if we have not known that there was an issue like this in the past like the hot wallet not getting refilled we will think that Bitvest is turning to scam but still give them a chance at least for another 2 days but keep getting in touch on their support, btw can you tell us the amount and of course you can prefer not to tell us, but in case you've waited long enough you can create a thread in the scam section to get their attention, be sure to follow the right format and include all your pieces of evidence.
I think bitvest don't give an exact time for their withdrawals because they know that it can be delayed and doing so will only make their costumer more angry towards them.

If some don't know this issue or shall I say don't like to read feedback before they play then they can easily end up on a sticky situation like this but for those are a previous player of this site and bitvest have done great things to their life then maybe they won't bother about this known issue but will continue playing there. The guy can pm the amount in private if he is too shy about it but it doesn't matter. Small or big amount, it was still a money and must be paid.

Well over a week now, no other casino online takes over a week to process a withdrawal.

Its normally a lot quicker then that, usually for a large withdrawal, its a bit longer to ensure everything is good.
The withdrawal was processed.

I may restart the campaign for Bitvest, stay tune for updates.

Missed this reply - appreciate it lightlord. Good to hear you are around still!

Ouh Hello lightlord welcome back to this forum it's good to see you are here now,  it's been 1 year when you encounter an illness and did not response or post an update about your health and about this casino well,  But now you came back and already fix everything and want to resume your signature campaigns that's good news.

Update - I have received all the funds - withdrawal went through.

I usually wouldn't make so much noise but it was a lot of Bitcoin.

Hopefully, they can speed up the process in the future but I suspect it was a large amount that usually doesn't happen much.

Thanks again to Bidvest customer support who helped a lot.

It's nice to hear that there's another good feedback from a customer to this casino and it proves to us that this casino is still trusted before until now. Congratulations mate for your success in withdrawing your money

Well, it is good that you updated the community about your withdrawal and this will help others to understand the mood of operation at Bitvest recently, I know the casino is fully operational but it is just that some services are delayed e.g withdrawal time is delayed since the hot wallet is empty, but then no legitimate player has been denied the withdrawal. Above all let's try to understand various casinos and their mode of service to avoid unnecessary tension when they delay our deposits or any other request.
Congratulations on your withdrawal since you said is a huge amount.

It's good to know that you received your withdrawal request and I also saw Lighlord post here after a very long time, I guess they are monitoring this thread and still haven't forgotten where they start, and about the campaign, I will not believe it until they really have one, they promised it before, I like their format, the more active you are the higher your chances of earning but I don't think I can participate anymore I'm good in my new campaign and always pray that my current will not end, only a few more months in my current campaign and it will break my longest participation in one campaign, my longest was on Bitvest

If ever they will run another campaign here on the forum, it's great if they'll be able to hire one of the best campaign managers out there. But even if it will be the same campaign manager as last time or any good manager out there, I think there should be any issue about that as the main issue last time was not the management rather it's the payment. Still, Escrow for the payment should be made to avoid the mistake that happened before.
The problem last time is delay of payments so I think they really need to fix this since its really much causing trouble to them since many people get curious if they starting to get a problem and maybe even think that they are shutting off. But since they are much doing good right now I guess its better to have good manager which can be trusted as an escrow also so that they can avoid the same mistake again and they can also run a campaign without encountering any problem.
That's the thing, the problem with their signature campaign was not in management but rather it's the delay in payment, in short, what they need right now to run an effective campaign is an escrow to avoid any future issues. Also, If I am correct the previous campaign manager is a solid one already and one of the best campaign managers out there so in any case, they don't need to change any part of their team and just continue the previous campaign.

We only have a few signature campaigns now and some campaigns only last a few weeks, if ever they want to resume their campaign, it's better to escrow the funds and make it weekly or bi-weekly, its a welcome development in the signature campaigns as many of our brothers here are having a hard time getting into campaigns, altcoin bounty campaign is not good anymore and many of them shifted here and besides there are a lot of new casinos now and one of them will soon take their place if they do not take action, we all know gamblers like to try out new casinos.

instead of will so there's really no guarantee that the campaign will start, the most important here is you're active here, and if the campaign will have a restart its better that you do it in a weekly payment this is recommended so you can regain your reputation, the monthly payment sometimes it took one and half month to be cleared, weekly payment will get you the best posters in the forum.
For sure they learn a lot of lesson from the mistake they made from the past but what good thing there is all of the participants got paid, so maybe they have proper ways to make things smooth especially on campaign payments. But I guess for this time around lightlord should hire those top tier managers so that he can trust those guys escrowing the funds intended for his campaign.

This game is interesting but I tried using call and so far I didn't win anything. Chances of winning big prizes are low. But I think those with good foreheads can win big prizes. Most people don't win big prizes. I found this site very powerful and popular site. Bitbest site is currently known as the highest vesting site.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!

Yeah this issue always happen to then and they really need to fix this because they are slowly losing their costumer because of this issue. This is not something we can ignore because experiencing pending withdrawal for several days is quite alarming so lightlord should do something great updates to this so that they will not get accused for scamming or anything bad related on it.
Like what said in other post , it looks like Lightlord care nothing about losing players because they are confident that loyal players will keep on playing though Like the latest claimant that I believe is also a regular and now experiencing this withdrawal issue.
I thought LL had already prevent this from happening as he consistently filling the Hot wallet but now what happened again?
Yeah what he have said recently  is that the wallet should not have problem again.

until when transactions for withdraw in bitvest always manual and this very uncomfortable,,,,,

We were running it lower in hot than normal after the site was brought back online. It should be fairly quick for withdraws in general.
The hot wallet is more topped off now, so things should be getting back to normal.

but it keeps from happening , Hoping that Lightlord is still willing to make His 2 gambling sites competitive again from not having this kind of problem as Gamblers really hates to experience .

Since they already made a name for themselves in the past they believe whatever their action is there will still have customers not knowing that newer gambling sites are out already and in no time, no one will risk playing on bedvist and its sister casinos since they don't attend to players problems.
Its part of the business, customers/players would be avoiding those platforms which would really be giving out bad experience even though they had established their reputation all over the years but sooner or later it

would just simply wither down and die.Competition is high just like been said by most people on here which if ever someone do experience bad on a certain platform even its old then
it wont guarantee that people would just simply ignore those issues.

Instant withdrawal is what we do like the most and having bad experiences or issues will really be resulting on lost of interest and would find out another place
which is really a very common action to be made.

They do not care about losing their customer base, they used to care about being bigger, but these days LL keeps on ignoring the business which is a clear indicator that he doesn't want to deal with this anymore.
That's a real shame if it's true. Bitvest and 777coin are two of the legendary bitcoin gambling sites. If the payouts have decreased recently, that's obviously a major red flag. I'm not sure what the best course of action would be here. Bitvest has been around for a long time and has a pretty solid reputation up until now, but one slow down in payouts might just turn this into a dead site.
Well, it is not about "if" it is true, it is not a scam at all, I am never saying that bitvest or 777 is a scam, they are not. I am just saying they are gradually disappearing and that’s it. LL decided that it’s easier to slowly let these projects die instead of keeping them alive and not run it, no marketing, no filled hot wallet, no promotions, no bonuses, nothing, and it will lose customers and nobody will come back.

That’s all I am saying, and he could leave it to someone else but I doubt he will, he is just going to let it die and that’s about it, I am not expecting it to be something bigger than that. It is going to be pretty expected.

Hope so. It is not a good image to hold up withdraws without comment for over a week.

Seeing on whats happening then the things you had mentioned are actually be the way on how Lightlord do really like to happen. No interactions or any activity on the site which would eventually be the solid or main

reason on why this site or platform would be completely dead sooner or later.Once people would be leaving out this platform then they would just solely forget it.We dont know on what are their plans but it is really

just that too waste that they had built up soo much trust and reputation as one of the oldest site or casino over the years here on cryptospace but ending up on becoming like this.
They had just wasted up much revenue over a long span of time. Its really sad!
