I thought that things have been back normal and automated again when it's come to their withdrawals. But it seems the same issue has occurred again and there's a need for LL or anyone that holds the fund to replenish their hot wallet.

Having that worry is a legitimate concern and for most of us here is like having this thought that, "they'll pay you but we don't know when because it happened before".

Bidvest and its sister company have had some withdrawal issues lately and I don't know why lightlord has not responded positively to this until now, at this point I will suggest that nobody should deposit these sites for now since we are left in the dark concerning the condition of the company.

That's a real shame if it's true. Bitvest and 777coin are two of the legendary bitcoin gambling sites. If the payouts have decreased recently, that's obviously a major red flag. I'm not sure what the best course of action would be here. Bitvest has been around for a long time and has a pretty solid reputation up until now, but one slow down in payouts might just turn this into a dead site.

They do not care about losing their customer base, they used to care about being bigger, but these days LL keeps on ignoring the business which is a clear indicator that he doesn't want to deal with this anymore.

The complainant is a reviewer so Bitvest will likely get a bad mark, on his review site if they keep holding their withdrawal I wonder how long the complainant is playing on Bitvest if he has been playing for several months or years he'll know the issue and who to contact, but if he is a new one, I request that he extend his patient and let Bitvest do their job, I still support Bitvest being one of their promoters for so many months.

Often, Social Media acts as an alternative to more quickly follow up on solve problems that occur. But I've check Twitter, Facebook Bitvest, it's really not working for a long time. This really closes the gap to ask for a faster settlement. There is no other way but to wait and wait until the problem is solved

If it's a big amount it's ok not to be ok you should get your withdrawal based on the time they set that you should receive it, if we have not known that there was an issue like this in the past like the hot wallet not getting refilled we will think that Bitvest is turning to scam but still give them a chance at least for another 2 days but keep getting in touch on their support, btw can you tell us the amount and of course you can prefer not to tell us, but in case you've waited long enough you can create a thread in the scam section to get their attention, be sure to follow the right format and include all your pieces of evidence.

They still have a good amount of bankroll, if it is true that they still have about 364.4 btc as per site's bankroll.
So more than likely, it is the problem of being empty of their hot wallet.
If that's the case, coingamblingreviews should wait a lil bit and see their response.
Hard to reach out LL as you don't know when he will be online on this forum.
If in case you will get your withdrawal in the next coming days, better think twice if you want to go thru again with this experience.

There have several delays over the years but I thought it has been fixed and the Hot wallet had been always filled?
i remember that this same issues that Bitvest and 777coin faces in the past because of lightlord inactivity or not updating the Hot wallet from time to time.
though Surely you will get your funds as the delay happens but being filled later.
maybe sending lightlord direct Message will bring you faster result .

I believe if its an urgent matter it would be best for you to use their support ticketing feature. They just recently made an update about it where you get the response directly in your personal inbox on bitvest.
