I don't see this casino dying, not yet, traffic is still good, the stat is still high they are still making a profit, it's just that they don't see this forum as a venue to interact or promote their casino, it's hard to understand that after so many years Bitvest and 777Coin team is not active anymore when for the last 5 years or more they are the most visible casinos in this forum if Lightlord is still sick all we ask is he assign a staff to hear and address issues.

It's like they are slowly dying because we don't see them being active just like before. Maybe this business is not profitable to them anymore and they are just keep running it hoping that they can earn a profit if there are still players will try to have fun on their casino. Let's do hope lightlord will clarify things and became more active because he's presence is important to make people clear their doubts about their long time running business.

building a trust again in these both casinos and the owner is not hard for me. but he must  fix these issues first to gain trust,  and he must hire an facilitator to take over if lightlord is not around so that these issues will not gonna happen again in the future. Honestly I will still believe the owner of these casinos that he will not ruin the reputation but there's no action from him so I doubt that if he will continue to run or not.

The situation now is different from previous years. Lightlord not being active on this forum or the people behind Bitvest or 777coin not providing any information about their site's status may give us more time to wait. But yes, Bitvest and 777 coin was a reputable casino before the trouble. We expect both sites to be fine, and there will be further notification from the teams from both sites. And hopefully, both sites can still run well in the future and gain trust again.

Bitvest is one of the most reputable and trusted casinos before it this happens. but now I don't know if the number of gamblers before are still the number of gamblers plays right now cause the bitvest team did not report here about their customers and I also think that they have a good number of players right now.
And about the profit they get it seems that they got lower profit than before but they not do anything to solve.

I do not think that it is about gamblers rumbles or anything like that. I get that gamblers like me and you or whoever else may not be seen as regular people but more like addictive people whose addiction is gambling instead of booze or whatever.

However, even at the fun level, when your money is stuck in some place, you would like to get it out. Doesn't mean that we can't really do something that is dangerous for ourselves and our finances if we keep gambling, we can totally do that and we should avoid it. However, the reality is that we are talking about something that is dangerously risky at when you end up in a place that keeps your money and doesn't give it back to you.

Expect Lighlord to go here if he is already well when players' numbers and deposits are low to reassure that Bitvest is fixing everything, they are not posting anything because the number is still high but complaints like the above are just the start, they are not a choice for a well informed gambler, they will go for a new casino with good repuation.

I’m glad I came to this thread before I made a deposit.  I was thinking about going to play some plinko.  It was just a few years ago that bitvest was known as one of the most trusted crypto casinos.  I’m sorry people are having withdrawal issues but I’m also glad I didn’t get caught up in it.

Unfortunately, I have a very similar impression. Lightlord just doesn't care about the Bitcointalk community at all. It is very possible that health problems are just an excuse not to explain why he do not care at all about what users think.
The worst thing would be if he do not refill the hot wallet at all, but it refill somehow automatically only when someone loses.

would really refill it again and considering that he hasnt been online for some time which we could presume that the problem isnt really that fixed.

 Players will continue waiting and waiting and waiting whenever they happened to haplessly have won & then attempted a withdrawal simultaneously at a time when other users also had won & had already successfully withdrew funds, thus leaving the sparsely filled site wallet empty ; for hours if very lucky, for several days typically, or potentially for weeks on end as happened to me with dogecoin 4 months ago..

 -- because, the owner **does not care anymore**, his deteriorated health + any number of other situations in his personal life now mean he has vastly more important priorities to cater to than the proper, responsible administration & functioning of his site

Well, not all players can understand the situation if there is no communication if they will just notify players who are making withdrawals but it's kinda depressing if you have a pending withdrawal and you don't know the day or how many days or weeks will you wait to receive it, yeah glad that Lightlord is getting better hopefully he will resolve this once and for all.

Based on the case of UncleAthletics as he received the withdrawal already, lightlord is basically refill the hot wallet faster than he was used to do months ago when players need to wait for days or weeks. It is an improvement already, so why need to be sad while lightlord is doing it better now.

When will this be ended ? same thing happens and issues arise about this wallet emptiness .
Will lightlord really be good and attentive enough for this not to happen again? for several times this case of withdrawal pending comes and what the site will do is refill the wallet and not explaining anything .

If you will backread he already received his withdrawal already so we will read any more posts coming from him about his withdrawal but there's a possibility we will read more posts about pending withdrawals from other players, this is now the recurring issue on Bitvest now, we never know when this will be permanently fixed.

Sad to see this happen when i remember when I started playing in Bitvest back in 2017 there are no issues like this and withdrawal is instant .

These problem occurs in 2020 if I am not mistaken when the Hot wallet mostly having out of funds and this is what the team needs to improve, gamblers depositing their money directly but when need to withdraw they needed to take days before having their funds.
and this is really frustrating at some point .
