I suggest a takeover team if he cannot manage the two casinos well or a dedicated representative to address all issues here a representative within the team who knows the whole situation of the team and can address between the interest of the team and its community, this issue just solved on its own because of the complainants opted not to wait any longer but it gives Bitvest a bad impression.

This is bad, really bad for the casino if the hot wallet is having enough funds but doesn't support large withdrawals and only allowing small withdrawal and forcing the people to pay x times of withdrawal fee then no one is going to trust them. This is not good even if you withdrew all your money they should still address why this thing happens, it's easy for them to accept deposits but they make it hard for their players to withdraw their winnings, players should and can withdraw their earnings with one go and anytime, this is another hot wallet issue, we all thought that it's been addressed before.

but asking about this is a scam? i don't think that is an appropriate question because for more than 8 years , lightlord had been settling everything towards his businesses though sometimes it took months before being settled but still not scamming anyone .

48 hours with no answer from support is not good the complainant can still wait for another 72 hours but the support needs to answer and at least confirm that they've received the ticket, and ask the OP for more time to resolve the issue, but if no answer whatsoever that will cause alarm to many players, there's no stopping him from opening an accusation in the scam section because he has an issue and that's the right venue.

That happened for short time mate , I also experience same thing yesterday but after taking a break and took some Biking outside , when i return the site already up and loading clearly .

about the low quality posts , just put each in ignore list so you wont be able to read any of their comment in the following days.

Week ago the site also experience maintenance in which took days to fix and i think this short maintenance is update to the recent one.
