A bit of a short update this time. I have spent most of the week doing my day job and it's been quite busy.
We are still working towards the Coinomi wallet and I hope I will have more this coming week. The other party that is crucial for this to work has been busy on another project and I have also assisted someone else on another coin. This was unexpected but seemed like the right thing to do. This does not mean that I am turning my attention away from Bitz. It's a temporary thing.
I have also done a lot of research around security systems and authentication and I am working on the mechanism of securing the wallet in a different and new way. This started out as a wish to have a two-factor authentication for the wallet. As far as I am aware no crypto wallet has this. Now, it turns out that we may try to design a new system altogether for security. I will get back to this.
I have set up a Bitz giveaway competition through Gleam:
General link for competition: https://gleam.io/haga4/bitz-twitter-giveawayFacebook link: https://gleam.io/fb/haga4I am now studying social media platforms and I will run some Twitter campaigns to get the competition out there.
Social media is more complicated than it appears when it comes to reaching a lot of people. The problem we have at the moment is that our community is too small and the liquidity is very low. I hope the competition and the Twitter campaigns will reach a few people. The community is not really growing, there are roughly the same number of nodes running all the time.
I have contacted Bittrex again and provided them with an update and they replies in the usual way, that they will not announce which coins they will add etc. The competition is trying to get more focus on Bitz and Bittrex so we will see.
There will be some Tweets coming out with the competition, so please RT and follow (or 'Like') on Facebook as this helps to expand our reach.
I believe it's only a matter of time before we are on Bittrex and this is really the crucial step to get Bitz into payment systems.
Slow and steady....
