I purchased a VCC from you for Amazon about a month ago. My amazon account got restricted 2 days ago saying that my billing address at file does not match the billing address on the VCC. Orders of 980$ are stuck now

That will be too much hassle. As I don't have paypal (the reason to buy VCC for online shopping) so I will have to trade with a paypal user to send money to my VCC. Is there any other way?
