Yeah about the OTP, they said it's not their current priority since we can just talk to live support Grin (Perhaps that's why they have many CS Reps lol)
It's slow, but you don't change it every day anyway...
They said for some countries, the mobile OTP works, but definitely not for the ID region because of regulations and stuff. It is handled by 3rd party services, and they haven't got any service that works properly. It kinda works for this mobile operator but not for that operator, not sure which is which.

2FA for account security and OTP replacement should be great right? Let's suggest this idea to the team. Or do you guys have any other ideas?

For now this is the only way you can do to add address, since you have added one so it is better to use that one until BK8 fix the OTP issue or until BK8 change it into a better and faster system. I understand your concern as I believe that many players use some addresses for their own purpose including me when I was still gambling actively.

I haven't said that I will change my withdrawal address every time. 'delfastTions' didn't get my point clearly there. Generally, I use 4-5 different wallet address for making withdrawals. If 'delfastTions' is a regular gambler then he/she should know it very well that gambler use more than one withdrawal address based on their needs. I have already added one Bitcoin address on my Bk8 casino account after going through the manual OTP code system. I wanted to add more address there, but I'm not interested to do that for the long OTP code process.

I'm a type of gambler who like to use several different addresses for both deposit and withdrawal.
I dont understand why changing address can be considered as suspicous, have you ever heard a case where a casino ban a player because the player like to use different address?
Preferences is the answer, some people like to use the same address all the time but some other like to use different addresses.

Maybe he wants to implement "one address for one transaction". Even though this is not entirely good for the needs of withdrawing from services, both gambling and exchange. @Mahdirakib I recommend that you transfer assets when the assets are already in the wallet. It will reduce assets a bit because of the fees, but at least this prevents judgment if the account is indicated to be fraudulent/suspicious. However, it all came back to you bro @Mahdirakib, whether it was still like this or not. If at this time there are no problems with the address or when making withdrawals, I think it would be better not to change. you can do that again, after 2-3 months maybe. but if you think changing address everytime you wants to make a withdraw, its up to you, as far as not breaking the rules  Wink

I can't speculate anything about the technical issues of this OTP. Because actually, team can solve this problem in 1-2 days. I'm sure they have their own considerations why OTP is done manually. Each provider has its own security standards, so if you really need an OTP to add an address, please contact CS. anyway it didn't take long to get a response from CS.

It's not complicated, if we are thinking about security of our account.
They need to fix the OTP code issue for making a user friendly security system. BK8 team should replace the phone number OTP code verification system with the email OTP code verification system. There shouldn't be any problem to send OTP code verification message instantly by email. Some other crypto casinos sends OTP code or withdrawal verification link to the user registered email address to ensure the security of the withdrawals.

dude..the total time i was registered to this site was 2 WEEKS.. and if you exclude the time of their constant maintenances, the site was down all the time etc..so the total days i actively used the site and made bets there properly was like 5-6 days maximum. LESS THAN A WEEK. how the hell you claim that someone who just registered and betting with a couple of hundred bucks is `professional`, since i make exact same kinda bets from DOZENS of bookies the last 20 years and never ever got kicked out from anywhere. if a quality and honest bookie wants you out, they d pay ALL YOUR PROFIT and limit you to very small amounts so you basically leave. they dont close your account through `live help`.  i know bookies that raise your limits and give you extra possibilities when they `flag` you as a pro bettor.. for ex pinnacle.. for ex cloudbet.. anyway.. on the other thread i opened on the complaints page, some braindead even wrote ` see? he violated rules and bk8 even gave him the deposit back.` like i  gotta appreciate it.. so it kinda feels like im wasting my energy by keep writing. your money your choice of course lol.. good luck

I mean how it works 'professional betting style' so I can't give any explanation. But related to players cannot win it's not true I personally have proven it when I first created an account like you, I played a slot game and won and asked for withdrawal of more than $ 1000 (in local currency)

of course i asked them several times what was the reason and how i violated any rules since im fully verified in the site, i dont even touch casino or games. just sportsbook with small amounts, never taken a bonus.. but all the live help replies are just template messages and nothing specific to the situation.anyway.. i wrote to curacao too, their licence provider (which is a joke anyway).so theres no single way that i commited a fraud . they know my ID and all. i challenge them to announce the fraud that i commited here on public then, but they just can not. to be honest i couldnt care less about 300-400 bucks but being ripped off this shamelessly pisses me off
I think you should make a Scam Accusation to them in this board, Just follow the format and have some proofs t hat they are ripping you off. There are many cases that have been solved because casino here are protecting their reputation and they won't sacrifice 300-400 bucks for it. You wrote to their license provider, It would be easy to make a scam accusation to them. Also, Many casino won't tell what you have committed or the reason why they ban or restricted you but once they are on a hot discussion, They will most likely be announcing it.

Because it's just put saved address from my perspective we don't really need at all for "OTP" like Add Bank Information. Should change OTP system only for requested a withdraw not add saved new address

Good advice, moving the otp from add address to withdraw. however, actually OTP is required for all executions related to accounts and money. starting from adding crypto addresses, bank accounts and so on. With this, users will feel more secure. hopefully BK8 will make this happen soon. although I personally don't really care about this OTP, becausr when I play, mostly i'?mlose, so it's very rare for WD or changing addresses

i ve been using their sportsbook since a short while. everything was going well until they cancelled my withdrawal of 716 usdt. when i asked on live help, they said its a technical issue and i could withdraw again  in a few mins. ( maintenance was going on every single day since like a week so i thought no problem) then after i again tried to withdraw the balance , it was cancelled again but this time i was told i violated some terms which is quite impossible cos i ve been betting on sports since like 20 years, know how the things are going. i NEVER use bonuses, NEVER open accounts more than once and never obviously launder money. i just bet with small amounts and thats all. never even touched on casino or games etc..
so they couldnt give me an answer of course about the violation, basically stole 360 usdt of the money -god knows why not more or less of it- and blocked my account, which i already asked from them after my first withdrawal failed, cos the site was a total disaster, impossible to bet cos of technical difficulties, so i told them to send me the balance and i ll close the account
anyway. i wrote to their licence provider in curacao, which looks like a complete joke compared to IBAS or any other serious foundation. not giving a lot of thoughts abt the money but giving u guys a heads up abt this site. i openly challenged them to declare my violation to public on their official thread here too but dont think they will either, since it doesnt exist in reality.

actually im not trying to get my account reopened or even to get my money back.i d never bet with them ever again even if they pay me 10 times of what they stole. i told them on live chat too, even before they closed my account,  if these never ending maintenances, errors and difficulties with the sportsbook site keeps going, i ll just withdraw my balance and close my account for good because it was imposible to make a bet .and magically after i told them this, my money was confiscated and account was closed without even confirming with an email or something.
anyway now i ll just wait and see if they ll even bother to come up with a fabricated fraud that i made or just ignore this as they did before..

If the OTP system is still not working as what it should be, I think the best alternative option the replace the OTP is 2FA. It is more convenience for players to use authenticator for withdrawal. The feature to add new withdrawal address is basically good (similar to indodax) so players do not need to copy paste their address for the next withdrawal. However, it has disadvantage as well because it might be something complicated especially if the OTP system is not working well. Hopefully they will change this OTP system to a better system or at least make it works well without contacting support to add the address manually.
