I think BK8 should try to investigate the email confirmation for guessing a team.

I already predicted my guess team, put my email, and submitted the prediciton but don't get any confirmation recap to my email for the prediction. Could be some problem like code to phone while we don't receive any email recap.

Have you used BK8 before? If you've used it, I think you'll understand variation of promo on BK8. Indeed, promotions between members with Bronze rank do not get more promotions than VIP members.
