congrats! if you have bet more than the deposited amount, it is fine to make a withdrawal. However, if you use some kind of promo, and it's still under roll over, then you must meet these requirements. if without promotions, you are still need to complete deposit turnover first, since the rules, every deposit has turnover.

Don't think it's easy.
If the casino works with local banks, this does not mean at all that these banks have relevant agreements and interaction with world-class banks.
