As I can see from the above posts about sponsorship, the company is growing brilliantly, all the more surprising and sad that they decide to behave so dishonestly like some small scam company.

There is some explanation to this, I suggest everyone reads the T&C as it is a thing that you must do, and it is true that the casino doesn't have any obligation to explain what was actually happened. There has been a lot of bigger wins than the amount mentioned here and all is good.

As far as I know BK8 is very friendly in solving problems I say this because before I also got other problems and had been resolved
By the way this was not the first time I saw a problem like this some users have the same problem in other casinos they are called playing match fixing.

Maybe you can check their T&C on this page, https://www.bk8btc.com/tnc#term15 maybe you are violating one of their conditions. if you didn't get any answer from Livechat, try to check their contact us pages, maybe you can see how to contact them from your country. It is the first time I see a report of like this but I guess it is related to his locatian since there are some countries are restricted and not allowed to play in bk8 and it is one of the possible reasons of closed/suspended account. Good thing here is that BK8 returned his deposit because his deposit might not be returned if he play in bad casino.
