How did they get your personal info if you are not a customer?

I am a customer of minersource that's how they have my info. Minersource must have also told them that I purchased Bitfury boards also. I cannot believe what an absolute shit show this is. Now minersource will not contact me via telephone to discuss this situation and will only talk via email. I am absolutely outraged, MS claims that they did not violate their TOS and I never placed an order with BA directly so I guess no one is responsible...

Edit: And to clarify I am no longer a customer of either. I have received refunds for all products that BA has manufactured and will not be spending money with either BA or MS again. My X-1's where paid in full on Dec 10th and I received my refund from MS on July 15th. The bitfury boards where ordered on May 20th and refunded in full soon after.

I have absolutely nothing to hide BA. You can post my personal info here since you have already violated my privacy by selling my email address I suppose the only last thing to do is publicly share my name and shipping address for the whole world to see.
Unlike you I have worked hard over the last year and some months to build a strong positive reputation here that will not be smeared by your pitiful attempt.

That's more than unprofessional. I have never seen such a childish behaviour by any company. No wonder this whole mess happened if the company is led by a few pubescent teenagers.

Black Arrow removed my message about Hong Kong's Consumer Council sending me an e-mail and letter with confirmation of opening up the case against Black Arrow.

We have shipped 15 to 20% of X1s and 4 to 8% of X3s.


This is the first time that I HOPE that they're lying! Otherwise it'll be Christmas time for refunds & compensation. That 20,000 per month manufacturing figure is more like 200 per month.

If you were a BA reseller's customer, you'd be happy that your man managed to weasel out an early order for you while the others suffer.
If you were a direct customer, you'd be angry as hell for the unfair advantage given to reseller customers who ordered as late as May and received their units already, while you forked out your hard earned cash months before that directly to Black Arrow AND RECEIVED NOTHING TO DATE

Shipping seems to be willy-nilly. They aren't even up to mid-November paid orders for direct customers yet, although it sounds like people who ordered after that on Minersource are getting shipments. This is the big discrepancy. In spite of what you want to believe, people aren't so stupid that they are only looking at order numbers when making these statements.

How about "shipped all orders made upto this date" ? (same as BFL did)


Cue the "rant rant rant order placement date has nothing to do with ship date".

If the orders are being shipped in order of paid-for date we need to know the date BA are up to. If they're not in order number order, order date order or payment date order then what's the procedure? Pop-o-matic? Tombola?

Now, after communicating with XBtec, I am leaning towards BA again being the scum of the earth.  But not the whole organization.  It seems that a single or small group of people inside BA sold the list.  

Please let us know who has sold this stolen information.


I unfortunately do not know that as they would not tell me, perhaps you should get in contact with them?  Also you should be relaying what is being done about this breach of internal security measures.  Something has happened, whether it was sold or stolen there still needs to be steps taken to ensure the integrity of your team and system.  This has gone beyond silly mining toys and is real people's information and you need to relay to everyone exactly what happened and your steps to correct it.
