Sooooo, apparently DHL tried to deliver my X-3 to me earlier today, sadly I'm out of town. The funny part is, not only did BA dishonor the refund request, that was initiated well over a month ago, they also broke an agreement to have my miner hosted for 12 months. It seems that after their poster child Jumbley, I might be one of the first recipients of an X-3, not because I'm such a good customer, but to screw me over even more. This shows appaling malicious intent, not only by breaking the law on the refund requests, but also by breaking an agreement/contract of having my miner hosted.

Just to show how ridiculous this is, my order is #2360, placed on Dec. 3rd, paid for on Dec. 5th in fiat. I'm pretty damn sure I'm not the 2nd, heck not even in the top ten of all X-3 orders. Yet my miner is already in my hometown at DHL and was attempted to be delivered. I'm sure there are people on this board with orders in the sub 1000 range, who paid way, waaaaaay earlier as I did, I'm pretty much one of the last batch 1 customers. Yet here we are, situation as it is.
...

Oh what a surprise, this is what I've been expecting for some time now...
My order is supposedly going to ship "in the next few days," but that's what they tell everyone who asks anything now so who really knows?

BA, in a previous post I advised you that if you find yourself in a hole, to stop digging. Apparently you did not want to use that advice, because you really dug yourself into a massive pile of crap by now. I'll add all the above information to the legal proceedings, slowly but surely it adds up. As it looks right now you'll be burried in legal crap for the next 200 years, at least that ensures that you won't ever screw over people like this again. Not only did you show utter disregard to the law in HK and the PRC, or heck anywhere in the civilized world, you also showed that you do not intend to honor private agreements and contracts. The funny part is, that agreement/contract you broke would've made you MORE money. So you basically pissed away a few thousand dollars just to fuck with me. If that doesn't show you who we're dealing with here, nothing will.

Either way, I'm taking it with a grin. The more you try to screw with me, the more ammunition my lawyer has. Every single word I got from you and David, every single action from your end will be scrutinized to hell and back, and that sure won't look pretty. I'll make sure I'll file for every possible claim under the sun, no matter if the proceedings take two months or 20 years. With the shitstorm rolling at you, at least you won't be able to continue conning people like this, as you'll be burried in legal paperwork for the next 200 years.

Go ahead and delete this, I'm ready to repost it in the unmoderated thread.

Hello people, what is last known shipped order number?
I have #120x from 21 Nov 2013 and still nothing... Embarrassed

Are you looking for an X-1 or 3? Where did you buy it? Remember the order # is meaningless for shipping only the date you paid for your order is for shipping que,at least that what they tell us.

I was late December with my payment. At this point I don't know if I'm getting a refund or if they're just going to ship the miner to me anyway. Thomas from MS gave me a lengthy reply when I asked about it again. I'm tempted to say screw it and start sending letters because I'll never get my 2.3BTC back from 4 X1's with or without compensation.

That reply from Thomas seems like a group message. I got the exact same dribble when I asked for a refund yet here I am, still waiting.... Frustrating doesn't begin to describe

I have complained to xbtec (and some other third party people who look after their services) about sending me unsolicited email.
I have never delt with them in the past and have no relationship with them in the past. I see it as spam (even if they did buy (or not) from blackarrow)

I have also asked for Proof that they have bought the customer database from blackarrow. There are only 2 choices..

1) I can go after blackarrow for selling my details when they say they won't.
2) XBtec are lying that they bought it from blackarrow

Blackarrow: did you sell it to xbtec?
XBTec: did you buy it from blackarrow?

well that makes no sense why sell it to himself?
He claim that he own only 1/3 of the miner and his friend own the rest. Later, friend wanted out but declined his offer to buy off, so he offered it on ebay.

Ref: rent-a-minion.

I have requested a refund and they still have my BTC in the receiving account (check Blockchain.info for yours), not sure why this cant be refunded, it obviously wasn't spent.

There is no way they can build this to get our BTC back. I will wait on my hardware order but obviously this rent a minion isn't standing up until December earliest.

I'm willing to bet they lost the password to their wallet!  Grin

Didn't they have an account at Gox Huh  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Na, they said they used BTC-e, I believe. Regardless, most people claim that their coins are still sitting in the original wallet, so it's a moot point.

I see no evidence so far that they ever even used BTC-e at all to cash out anything, and frankly the choice of BTC-e simply suggests that they were looking for the most favorable possible exchange rate in dollars to collect the maximum possible bitcoins.

Blackarrow, we're going to need some real answers about why you are unwilling to process any refunds whatsoever when we know about a lot of bitcoins that you control. Unless you have a serious and legitimate answer to that question then unfortunately it doesn't exactly take a genius to know the answer.

Well the problem is that a lot of the btc are tied up in prospective orders for BA. Next week they are expecting delivery of the parts they need to finish assembly.

I keep thinking of ways to ROI with 120 bare ASICs. I reason that with a small quantity of tritium it's possible to build a 13Th/s miner that will run for 20 years with no external power input. The tritium would be contained in a green phosphor orb and the awesome glow would be awe inspiring.

It would look something like this...

X1s arrived today with LCDs.

Running is my quickly setup chrome browser, next firmware/software update will bundle it all nicely together. Otherwise its a full android 4.2.2 machine with ethernet.

Wow,.. that's actually sexy, just makes me that much more sad that I'll never see my X3s before Halloween.

Oh, this is a smartphone?

it's a tablet ?
no, i thing it is  smart miner-let
