Why would you even give out a valid address? You should have gave one with invalid/missing characters so the payment wouldn't go through. You're a scammer in my book. What if you gave out some random address you didn't own just because you didn't expect anyone to send bitcoins? I really hope people sent 1 BTC for the laugh (I considered doing it myself)... if someone really opened a 200BTC account my faith in humanity is more lost than Pirate's BTC.

He's just scamming you about bitcoins people sent him. He's playing a long con - building up trust slowly so he can really make off with the big wads of coin at some point
