Blackjack Fun happens to be one of those casinos that had a good time here in the forum and the entire cryptocurrency gaming community and at such will definitely have a good comeback if they are willing to do so,  and aside from the numerous upgrades and slow in loading of the site,  I don't see anytime that the casino have hard any bad reputations or experience any unpleasant treatment from them,  but much more also,  blackjack fun is one that just took a strong decision to exit from the four and that has affected a lot of customers.

This decision to exit the forum is something that has affected many gamblers' confidence in the casino since they will find it hard to reach them anytime they have problems with the casino and want to sort it out via the rep.

Has there already been accusations/cases started against BlackJack.Fun, saying that they refuse to send withdrawals to their users' wallets? That would not be good for their reputation, and that especially becomes worse if they're true.

I was a part of their campaign too for many months, and they built a very good community for their service. BUT because of their generosity, there were nefarious individuals who took advantage of them. "Diggy's Hole" was absolutely abused, probably sometimes without lotion. Hahaha.
They do have a representative account on the forum and they replied to this thread too. I am yet to see a "legitimate" scam accusation against them, the ones being masqueraded with are lacking substantiation, even if the accusers say so.

If that was the case their account would have been painted with red and flagged. The ones still in doubt should dig carefully and do the math before misinterpreting facts.

It would have been better for the site to stand their ground and not pay a single compensation to such blackmailers, in my opinion and accuse the reputation of the same with evidence of the harassment. Sick people need professional treatment, not appeasement and in this forum, negative trust.

regarding sick people = please name such sick people and please name the blackmailers

then we will talk about who needs professional treatment if necessary

Yeah, remember that there were a campaign by this casinos and it did run for several months under a manager and they seems to build up a good reputation already. But we know that sooner or later someone will have an idea to try and break this casino and take advantage of it. Probably they are too generous, and perhaps they just wanted to show the community that they are for real. So most likely, they feel betray or frustrated that after giving everything to the community, someone still find it not enough and did take advantage of it and so they lock their thread already. Maybe there will still few gamblers who play on them, but just chose to keep quiet.

I almost thought this was even the official thread ann thread of blackjack.fun, since it's been a while, or should I say, a long time they left this forum, locking their initial ann thread, so I thought they possibly have unlocked it, but while reading your comment, I quickly glances at the number of pages this thread has, and realized that this is not their official thread but one created as a place to continue discussing about the casino since their main thread remains locked.

You are right though, blackjack.fun indeed had a good reputation on this forum, and though I never did participated in their signature campaign, I remember I applied several times but the manager never accepted my application, possibly because luck wasn't on my side since there are always alot of good applicants.

And it's unfortunate they left this forum though, and even right now, I don't think they are advertising anywhere, the casino have become unpopular but I believe they still have lots of loyal customers.
And though I wish they return back to this forum, but i think chances of that happening is rather slim.

I think they have a representative on this forum with the same name. I have done a job for them a few months ago and I wasn't paid for that, I waited a long time for the one who gave me the task but he wasn't able to give any satisfactory answer, thus I sent a message to their representative on this forum and they asked me to send message on Telegram, I contacted them on Telegram and within a few days I received payment for the work that I have done for them.

I would say that they aren't that bad but I have noticed that their team is very busy and the messages we receive from them take some good time. I hope they will improve their customer support team because without a proper customer support setup it becomes hard for players to get their issues resolved.

i don't think it is good idea to play on a casino that is hard to reach. active support is always advisable to sustain your players. if someone is having difficulty in reaching out the rep or any support, that would turn out as a disaster, especially if you need to get out your funds and you badly need it.

In general, it is one criterion the players should be looking for in any casino, whether the casino is old or new, their support should be consistent and dedicated and they should be fair, I remember there was a thread about what we're looking on a casino before playing and support rank high on the list, its the support's consistency and fairness is what gives the casino its reputation.
Players should always also check how support handles cases in case new complaints are coming so you'll get the idea if Casino changes its direction.

If they see the representative is hard to reach when issues came on then they should better stop playing on those casino since support presence is really important especially that we are dealing with them online and we know how frustrating to encounter this problems then there are no people attends on our case. I don't matter much how long they exist since what's important if how they solve their issues also if they are really giving those huge rewards to the winner.

And since they have issue regarding on support side then I guess they need to fix that before the community will totally get disappointed with them since for sure they will be treated the same with other casino which people talk negative then avoid to play there.

I have been trying to contact blackjack.fun support but it seems like they ain't responding on live chat or telegram. I tried logging into my account and it's saying banned. I hadn't been playing for a while. May you please look into it blackjack.fun support. My username it's nitro . Thank you.

Blackjack.fun live support is not always online because there’s only one person in charge for it and it’s close when she is offline. Their email response is so slow based on my experience that it almost useless to ask update there unless you will keep bumping your request.

Being banned means you probably have an alt account that involves on bonus and tournament abuse because they are very strict about their rules when regards to this. I hope that they will unlock now their official thread to properly address all their issue towards them since their chat support is not always available.

But they also have a public/community chat though, with admins/moderators who are always checking it every hour, before they start giving away small amounts of altcoins. Perhaps they could help anyone, to either get chat support to accomodate users quickly, OR they could also check a user's situation/concern through email.

Regarding customer support, we have a active customer support on the site.  We are answering mails ([email protected]), Discord, Telegram. Bitcointalk forum is not our customer support channel. License validator link was working before. We fix it with next Front-End update.

In the November month, I had reached to your live support and created a ticket to know about this situation. Then I asked about your license related things to one of the admin on telegram, I had also sent an email about this to the email support after a few days. Unfortunately, there was no response from any of those sections. Why are you ignoring this matter?
