I honestly can not remember when last I played on this casino, this was before they locked their thread, and I possibly would have played there by now, but after I noticed that they locked their thread, I simply lost interest in them, it's exactly the same thing that owl games did as well which made me stop playing there, owl games announced that they were exiting this from, but did not state or give any good reason why they are taking this decision, so that kinda seemed too suspicious to me, so I simply stopped playing there.


It's just like another users said here, I can't possibly be playing on a casino that have locked their thread on this forum, not when there are alot of other really good options or alternatives to choose from, and they have a thread open for their users to state their experiences and discuss other things as well.

I do not know though, but I personally consider casinos that lock their thread on this forum without good reason to be limiting their users access to communication, and that is not good to be honest.

you could be absolutely right but I hope we can agree that a casino owner should be old enough to be responsible for his actions (good or bad)

They were giving away more than that before the changes were made. And that's also the point, there were many people who abused BlackJack.Fun's generosity which forced the admins to implement such changes. I also believe that it was that generosity which might have put them in a rough period in the first place. They might have spent over their budget, giving away too much money for giveaways, which ended up only getting abused.

Royse777 you have stated well because blackjack fun has built a good reputation here in the forum but the recent absent from the forum have not really spoken well of them, although the blackjack team announced their departure from the forum which is something that only the noble team does, and for that, it becomes hard for us to believe this kind of accusation on the casino here and the amount involved is practically unavailable for a casino as big as blackjack fun, so the accuser will have to come up with more details that can convince us otherwise we keep treating this as baseless accusations.

Why such acts are experienced is because of the zero presence of the team here in the forum, because no one to defend or expose any possible attacks on the reputation of the casino or even to try to act to resolve possible cases that could come up as gamblers involve with the casino in form of forum representative.

If any of you have an idea on how to solve this, please inform us.

I was one of those who participated in their signature campaign. Although they're probably going through a rough time, from what I have experienced with their admins and the casino itself, I believe they're not there to scam their own users. They were actually trying to build a community behind the site, giving away money for nothing every week through daily/weekly voting tournaments, and they were upgrading the site to provide a better UX.

But like you, it's unfortunate to see them going through a very difficult period, affecting their users. Let's hope they fix their internal problems and attend to the scam accusations just like what BC.Game did.

I don't think Blackjack.fun is a bad site at all having played there multiple times over the years though I didn't really win much, but I must admit that the recent scam accusations and them locking their own thread is completely weird.

They should reopen their thread and actively resolve any issues without depending on Bitcointalk members in my opinion.

they could easily prove that I am a scammer and wanted to scam 24-30$ LOL ( sorry for my LOL but it is a big LOL )

I just wanted to help as I love Blackjack game. why did they until now not show the game logs how I exploited the game and did win so much  money? Because they cannot show that I used this exploit to win and because someone else used it as when I found it I found it when another player used it against me and he won the tournament. when I understood the exploit I
was trying to play against this player in every tournament until the situation for the exploit came up and I used it so obviously by doing it again and again to let him understand that I now know it. Guess what happened then? I was told by owner that he got complains that I used the exploit (haha) and now guess who could complain about me?

I could even bet on that they did not fix the bug.

blackjack.fun account and the business is around with the community for the last five years. They gave many giveaways and I was one to receive free bonus many times. Being with a community for long 5 years, spending a lot of money for advertising, holding a good reputation for long years - after all these good things, it's hard to believe something is happening only for 24-30$. It truly is hard to understand.

I have all the proof that they Blackjack.fun owes me 24-30$ as they confirmed it and I offered them to point out a respected member of this Forum to pay him the money and he should donate it to a member he chooses here on BCT or open a thread in Games and Rounds and offer a Prize game

if I exploited the game as they say then they could easily show it with the game logs but until now they did not show it.

@Blackjack.fun, if the real reason of locking your ANN thread is just a mere negative comment and scam accusation of one user here that is not even a DT then just open it for transparency. There’s no why the community will believe on a scam accusation without any solid proof. Locking the thread only just show that he is right and not to protect your brand.

I remember that you encounter multiple scam accusations before yet you solved them one by one without locking the thread. It’s just odd that you lock your ANN thread with just his single complaint while you have newly launch token sale of your casino.

The people usually lock threads if they want to stop conversation on the service that are on offer. So that is not a very good option for businesses to do that. It can also be that the allegations against them are causing too many controversy, so they want to prevent all the negative attention.

This forum was built to discuss and analyze anything related to Bitcoin, so it is not cool to do that... let it play out as it should and confront all unsubstantiated allegations and defend your service in public.

please know that there are users who will run around making bad comments without evidence and attempt to smear a project's image, this is a public forum after all. It does not mean that their words have any value or that people who have a proper insight are going to accept their views. This is not the first time I am seeing such and previous casinos who have faced such trolls have survived by ignoring them instead of trying to fight them.

Moderators are not going to get involved in this, its not their job. Please read what I have wrote below.

That user is not in the DefaultTrust (DT) network, which is the select few users of this forum that people unnaimouusly consider as Trustworthy, their ratings make a difference on any other account on the forum. Hence the feedback (it is still there) is visible in the "Untrusted Feedback" button on the trust page. Otherwise if they were on DT, their rating would be visible on "Trusted Feedback" - dont worry, such users who make baseless trust feedbacks are never included in DT list.

What you can do in case you feel harassed in future, is that make a thread in "Reputation" section of this forum, which is the place to discuss Reputation disagreements or squabbles, explaining your situation and why you feel the feedback in not justified. DefaultTrust (DT) members regularly visit this section and take proper action if needed.

BTW you guys already have 4 Positive trust ratings from DT members, which is enough to give you all a good reputation.

If you still have problems understanding how to proceed since English is not your first language, PM me like you did before, I will gladly help you out even though I am not in DT.

I am Admin Eva, and I would like to explain why we temporarily closed our ANN. As many of you know, the Blackjack.fun team, along with the Blackjack.fun community, is actively working on blackjack tournaments. We initiated this endeavor six years ago, and although there were times when our focus shifted to other projects, we are now back on track with this being our primary focus – our baby.

Our community is incredibly supportive, with our best blackjack players providing valuable suggestions on various details. We have been periodically sharing updates, including the creation of public tournaments where anyone could participate. However, a situation arose when our community members informed us about a new player, JackpotRacer from Bitcointalk, abusing a bug, preventing other players from placing bets.

Upon triggering KYC on him, he responded aggressively, threatening to create a scam accusations thread to tarnish our reputation. Despite winning a total of 24 USDT from our freerolls (0 deposits), we offered to manually send him the funds, but he refused. Instead, he began posting a barrage of negative comments about our project. It became apparent that dealing with this situation was draining a significant amount of our energy. Dealing with a narcissist is challenging; they thrive on the emotional response they get.

JackpotRacer even fabricated a story, claiming there were three scam accusations against us, which is false. He posted these allegations on Trustpilot and likely other platforms. His refusal to engage in a resolution raises questions about whether this is a narcissistic behavior or an organized attack. We sought help from Bitcointalk moderators, but received no response, leading us to the decision to temporarily close our ANN. Our primary goal is to focus on building our project in peace. Additionally, many comments on this platform seem to be unfounded ideas, lacking substance.

He left our Blackjack.fun profile a negative feedback. We have been building this reputation for years. (Just noticed that this feedback is gone)

A heartfelt appreciation to every community member who took a stand and safeguarded us. Your efforts did not go unnoticed; we value each and every one of you!

Blackjack.fun was used to be one of the active gambling site with an healthy ANN thread here before. If they locked it, that's already a red-flagged even without knowing that they have some on-going complaints and issues. But who knows, maybe they just don't want to increase the fire and some halt some possible negative reviews that will be posted on the site while fixing the issues.

But I'm glad that OP got the problem solved and it was addressed by the site. But personally, who wants a manual process in withdrawal?

I am now in direct contact with some "Linda" on TG and she promised me I can DM here anytime a withdrawal takes longer than I would like and she will take care of it. I believe she really will.

Played with them before and even joined their signature campaign at some point. If they locked their thread, that just means that they are going inactive or have an active scam accusation that they are trying to avoid. Best to do at this point is not try to play with them at all. Better save your money and play elsewhere that has an active discussion thread here with real individuals discussing the site.
