I am just a bit surprised that the design isn't getting any notice by us, so I think it is just right to share this here as well.

I use Blackjack house game most of the time because I preferred fast game while enjoying the excitement of playing blackjack. I was playing plinko and roulette before but I got bored without anything to do. I'm gambling only during my free time at work and I usually do it to relieve stress, Maybe I'm just using the VIP target goal as an excuse to gamble more, I don't know but one thing I'm so sure right now. My wife will gonna kill if she will found out that I loss part of my work salary in gambling. 

Martingale is just a bad strategy regardless of the game which we may prefer, at first sight it may seem like a good strategy as it seems you are recovering your money each time you double your bet, but you are only delaying the inevitable as eventually you will lose several times in a row and your capital will be wiped out, and this is bad because if you are unlucky you may loss at the start of your session which means you will not get to enjoy it at all and you will be tempted to deposit even more money to keep gambling, something which is a bad idea as over time this will reduce the self-control you have when you gamble.

That's why I'm being sent out of the table every so often and I have to refresh or click back on the table to watch the game continuously. Every time I don't have enough funds to play the blackjack I just watch the live game but of course, I need to reload every time because they sent out the players who is just idle and i watch tons of them use the same strategy I guess you just have not a good day to play you can try when you feel you are well prepared yeah sometimes martingale is not effective because it gives more higher risk of losses with a quick game because of double for losing. Play and stick at your own style.

Martingale won't just work horribly for blackjack.fun, it would work bad for all kinds of gambling as well, therefore if you considering it to be a probelm of the site you might be awfully wrong as well, I hope you are not going to continue the bet because it does need a lot of investment and at the end it would actually be sad for you at the end. The best is always to make individual bets because they have more chances of making you happier and at the same time it would make you loose less overtime.

I am not frustrated with not getting anything lol. I literally just said I don't care about free stuff and have even never asked for the stuff I was supposed to get. I have money to gamble with, that's enough really.

I am suggesting something for improvement. In fact, wasn't even my suggestion. I was backing up someone else's comment to improve communication of rewards. Regular bonuses also suffer from the same issue so this is a suggestion for ALL rewards. People don't even know it's there until they're lucky someone explains it to them here or in chat. I didn't know about VIP rewards or even how to get the badges. I had to ask several times in chat until someone saw it and I was also online to get the answer.

FYI I didn't miss anything. I also explained that chat history disappears quite quickly. Especially when it's very active. Have you tried scrolling up chat history and see sometimes it even does not go up past 10 minutes if a lot of people chat?

I get your point really but please try to understand too what I’m saying before you make any further reply. The bonus is just an extra meaning not included on the supposed to be rewards for  the daily winners. It is only given out of generosity of the specific admin for those who are online/who view the chat box. I understand the frustration on your post but remember that this is just a surprised reward. The essence of surprised bonus will be useless if this kind of rewards will be announced in advance that’s why we are just sharing it here to watch out but instead you view this in negative way.  

FYI: If you missed this, The admin announced the Slot game name for the bonus which is why it’s important to check chat box. You can browse chat history instead of browsing all the slot games or ask user on the chat box about the slot name for the bonus. As simple as that.
