Yup

Happens to me about once or twice a day. I play and win one round in the same hour, so next hour I get the rewards for a placement in the biggest hourly win (since prizes are awarded next hour).

But if you check the refreshed biggest hourly win, you're also in it, because of the win awarded. I didn't see if this happened over and over, I only checked 2 or 3 times.

I don't remember exactly but I know I had something like $300 (back when BTC was not a bad price), but I didn't start wagering yet, I just played safe blackjack on small wagers, tried to win the dailies back then, that's all.

Yes, That's a reward from the hourly wager and hourly biggest win contest because you can easily win few satoshi if you made few bets before the hourly countdown end. This is what they are discussing on the above topic and the bug on the rewards that carry over on the next round bet.

Sometimes bets made before the clock ends both counted on the current round and next round for games such as live casino that typically took few minutes to conclude the winner. I experience this already while playing live blackjack while the result was release few seconds before the countdown end. I notice that my winning entry on previous round is same to the next round that's visible on leaderboard and chatbox announcement of winner.

Even at hourly, if you are a person who gambles very little like me, then you are not going to be winning much. Do you really play in Blackjack.fun casino because you seem not familiar with the hourly contest stats. The price is distributed to the top 20 and the number of users actively participating in the contest so you can definitely get a reward even with a small amount of capital. I was only using the reward that I get on my previous hourly contest and so far I can still keep get a hourly wager prize with just 50ubtc balance. I doubt that your balance you are pertaining is smaller than that because the minimum deposit in the casino is much higher than that and also you're not participants on signature campaign for a source of other balance.

It took time for them to answer the email ticket since the dev is not working during weekends because your concern is related to that. They are not ignoring you but rather they are just waiting for an answer from their devs since the support has no control over technical concerns. They already clear the 3 issue that you report so just wait for a bit until they reply to you.
