Hi
I can't access the site anymore since yesterday evening. Is the site down or is there something wrong on my side...?
I had a talk about 12 hours ago with the admin. That time they are working on it. That means site is down not only just for you. I am not also access. They are wokring on it. Please be patience hopefully this will come back online asap.

Chrome brings up the same problem. I don't know if it's because of my operating system (Linux) or screen size (15.6") but zooming to 90% does help. At 100% I can't see the Forgot password, Log in or Register buttons and the chatbox on the side
Weird. I tried accessing the site on my desktop and laptop and didn't find any such issues through Chrome and Edge just like the poster above. It is possible that the site behaviour is abnormal at times leading to such complications.

I didn't observe any such issues while accessing the site on my mobile either. However, I did feel that some of the buttons are unresponsive sometimes on all of my devices.

It's pretty evident that the site clearly needs more optimization in order to eliminate these issues.

@Haunebu I have been following them since a while now, and I can say they have made many changes to make the site better than it was, but it seems one or the other changes is unintentionally causing issues, so for future updates the admin should work in a staging environment before releasing it to the public.

I think the problem is not on the size of the screen since I'm using much wider monitor to your 24" screen and yet I'm viewing the website using chrome, brave and microsoft Edge without problem. I believe the image scale ratio to the settings of the browser is the problem. I'm not techy on this part but I encounter this same problem on different casino before and I fixed it using adjusting the image scale ratio of my browser.

Exactly it has nothing to do with screen size, and everything I believe to do with scale ratio.

Anyway I see today that the left side bar has been moved to the bottom and this is MUCH better. The previous scaling/sizing errors seem t have disappeared already Smiley

I was going to include some screenshots here so maybe OP could understand what's going on before but I guess all the problems are solved now!

@slaman29 the admin is very responsive here and on the site too, hence if you feel any issue just write here or on the chat and he’ll swiftly take care of it, and on that note it’s nice to see he’s fixed some UI issues.

Note I am always working behind a work firewall plus private connection so I don't know if that creates additional issues.

For now, most of my issues were resolved when reducing my screen size via browser (use 75% or 90% of zoom).

I am not sure what makes you all get the issue, I tried my self in my PC with chrome and there is no issue at all. I have 24" screen and I do not need to reduce the screen size via the browser. Do you have bigger/wider screen? Here is what I get when using chrome https://prnt.sc/1y2vtvi, I have not tried firefox but there is no issue too when I use Microsoft Edge.

I dont have any problems regarding on my experience.Ive been using

-Chrome
-Microsoft Edge

and turns out to be that normal or casual thing.Dont know on whats happening on you both on your end.
There's no need for some adjustments since the website itself is responsive no matter what
size you are trying to adjust on.

Above is a screenshot in a mobile browser (firefox), a bit strange if you experience it with the same browser as me.
While I experienced the same as yours in Chrome for android.
Better if you register using your PC browser, it works fine with both chrome and firefox for me.
Surprisingly the mobile version seems much more clearly.

What I was using was actually Firefox for computer, Linux OS. There was some sort of overlap and there was no scroll button (not sure why) but right now I see it when I tried to reload the registration page

Blackjack.fun really need to fix the site for the mobile version soon, the design really disturbs me as a player. When you wanna play at the casual table and click the menu then you cant look at the table view because the pop-up can't disappear automatically after you click the choice. You have to open ur PC to play at the site. This is just a suggestion for you, because when you let the appearance like that, the gambling player will be lazy play at ur site. when you give easy on them, the more profit you get.

Great news. The search engine could be useful and the ability to use any cryptocurrency in any game is helpful too. I hope the minimum bet using altcoins in 3rd party games is on the lower side though.

That means due to play with altcoins they can not test the third party games . If this feature come out then I think this will help many people to try other games. Keep it up...
Most 3rd party games don't allow usage of multiple cryptocurrencies which is why it makes sense why they were doubtful about this update.

This is very important imo. I have seen there are many user already asked in the chat room that how we can play third party games/ slot games with altcoins. @blackjack.fun depending on which platform you’re using ask your dev to make mobile friendly theme, that shall sort most of the issues for you. Also use some cache mechanism for mobile, because a lot of users visit sites on mobile hence having a separate cache for mobile is a must, and I hope that you’ll be able to incorporate these feedback soon.

Try to rotate your screen.

In PC/Laptop the check box T&C is kinda small, so maybe for phone user, you need to rotate the screen since not enough space to view all of the login panels. BTW the site changes a lot, I don't even realize now they add evolution gaming and external provider.

My first time registering with Blackjack.fun but it was a little challenging;
1. Locating the sign-up option
2. I don't know if it was just my browser (firefox) but once I filled in the username, password and email. The sign-up button was nowhere to be seen. No scroll button too. I had to hit the enter button in the password box, of which I saw a warning that I had to mark a small checkbox which had be covered.

I didn't see any terms and conditions when signing up
