Zb that means when You place bet on third party games it shown an error that you have not enough balance please deposit and try again right? Or when you try to play house games?

Btw I have faced the same issue when try third party games. But my balance was not gone. Smiley I already informed it to admin. But Saturday and Sunday is off day for the dev/admin also pass busy time. For why some problem does not solve sooner when it come during Sat-Sunday.

Today is Monday and Hopefully maybe dev are working. So don’t worry just wait. I know it is not solved sooner as expected.

I told you guys the admin will look into it once it’s Monday, and now that he’s been made aware I’m sure he’ll quickly solve it so @ZB% just give him some more time.

Also I agree bringing those certificates will help people feel safe when they’re playing on the site, and @rdbase did you contact the admin when the site became slow so they could investigate it and solve the issue?.

Didn't you see your balance when you close the 3rd party game, maybe there is a glitch so your balance is not updated correctly.

Do you check bet your bet history and are you sure that you only click once? Because there's a possibility that you click it twice then the first click while you insufficient balance for other one. Maybe it's a glitch for a fast click although it should load first for a few seconds to process the second bet.

@ZB% so you’re telling us your balance disappeared after showing insufficient for the bet, that’s strange because it should have remain the same in case the bet didn’t go through. Also it was the weekend hence give the admin some more time, as I’m sure that he’ll investigate it and fix it for you cause he’s very active in fixing any issues that pop up on his site.

I can access it without the issue as what you get, maybe there was a short downtime or maintenance when you accessed it. You may check it again now, if you cant access it means there is something wrong with your connection or browser.
How many active players are there in blackjack.fun? Chat looks so empty, only few messages from the admin.
Thanks for confirming me. But it's little bit let Smiley. Yeah I can also access it right now. As admin said in the chat box that this was down and some new feature has added. So it was down for all the user not for me this time lol.

There have active player but their activity in the chat is really low. And I think the last chats were gone due to site upgrade.

They've been here on this market for a while and basing up with the games offered and its main game which is actually provably fair.There might be some lacking which
make other users aren't satisfied but majority of the community could really give out positive sentiment on this one.
This is true that the games they provide Blackjack, Red & Black, and the Holdem all of them are provably fair. Which was previously couple of time discussed here in this thread. And at the last Admin tried to solve all the issue which was complained. This time after launching the version 2.0 the provably fair page is missing and they are building it with new design as I know.

And this is also normal that people ask about this issue if they are not satisfied. It's normal actually. But Admin should focus on it to make it faster than as usual.

@vinca BK. when a site is making changes they’re bound to lag in something’s and if you feel uncomfortable about that, then you should pause your wagers because this particular site is legit, and admin often answers a lot more than he should so give them some more time. Also @blackjack.fun a option for you’ll could be is to do the work in the staging site, and then push it on the live site so your existing user base won’t get effected, and all the best for the upcoming changes.
There are really users who do really ask out certain things in a rush without considering on how much time it would be needed for them to do so but I do agree on what you had said about this sites legitimacy.

So you've repeatedly ignore my messages about provably fair issue(maybe an issue).

I've sent an email then got no reply. And waited then about a week, then wrote you in the chat again, then my msg was ignored again.



Basically the issue is that player neither can set client seed nor see server seed hash nor see bet history. Screen of provably fair section:
(All these options are just visual ones. Have no effects)


I can see you've daily edits to the style of the website but none of them was provably fair related. It should be on the top of these edits.

Lastly, I won't say my shit that I can realize dealer gets BJ for over 4 times in a row but I am sure you'll solve this issue asap.

Bet history and Provably Fair certificates are also included on landing page what we are currently working on.

Most of the traffic on Blackjack.fun platform is happening before the weekly wager competition ends. It is completely normal.

I think your rules described in the FAQ are no longer up to date. I just played a hand where I was dealt and Ace + a 7, and the "Double Down" button does not appear - I'm forced to either hit or stand. In your FAQ, you have this written:

We made a Blackjack.fun house edge so low that somebody started running a bot on our platform. We made rule change but havent got time to update the FAQ yet. Have been very busy with building other elements on the site.

We changed it back right now and it is possible to double down like in FAQ and combat the bots other way. Later we have more time to focus on this.

Thanks for updating it! I'm surprised to see hear that there might even be a player edge in your game - WizardOfOdds' calculator shows that your edge is around 0.32% if the player plays optimally. Does the negative edge come from the lifelines? I'm not too sure how much of an effect they would have on the game and how to use them optimally, but I would guess that they have a decent impact on the edge. The simplest thing to restore a positive edge is probably to just get rid of them (which is seems like you've also done?).

Are there any other rules that have been changed without the FAQ being updated?

What we are doing is that we are on progress of moving the whole blackjack.fun platform to a completely new rewritten codebase so we can have other providers games also on the platform. Around 80% is done. Some of the features (including lifelines) are still not integrated yet but we are on it. Lifelines give more advantage for the player. We are planning to add them back asap after we finish with the new landing page. So from now just Lifelines are missing in gameplay to sync it with rules and Faq. Sorry for these changes meanwhile.
