It has nothing to do with the percentage you have achieved. It is more about the starting wagering requirement from the bonus. I have tried many similar bonus in many different sites but this is the first time I see such huge different wagering requirement from the same bonus. Well, I decided to create an account on blizz.io too and see what's the reason behind this. I claimed th $8 bonus and I can see that the wagering requirement is $320 (40x). I hoped I'll manage to make a big win just to see if the wagering requirement will change. I'm so curious so I decided to create a throw away account to check about this bonus. I got the same bonus $8 and the required wagering amount is $320, the same as Droomie.

Yeah, AFAIK wager requirements should be the same, there is no difference. But maybe that's platform's policy, since there is no OP reply regarding this matter so I'm just guessing. This is true and it's not an exception for new casinos alone, even most established, long standing casinos have this high wagering requirements for bonus money.
The problem with this particular casino is that the wagering requirement is different for each player, which is very odd and OP have to explain this.

the wagering requirement is high in my opinion. but what Doell achieved was not everyday scenario that someone can turn 8 bucks to 400 bucks. the blizz team should reconsider lowering their wagering requirements, at least an achievable one so players will be encouraged to play using their bonus. it is understandable to have high wagering requirements but if it is too high, then, it is just another way of saying you can't get out alive here... 
Coming out alive and taking bonuses from this new casino is likely to be difficult for anyone. I really will give up if I reach $400 but have to stay fully focused to complete 100%.
