So how long you're waiting to receive your payment, I'm not active on this site from a long time, the sad news is that op is not active on this forum so that it would be really hard to make contact with him, so you have to wait for so long to receive your payment until op get notice about this issue.

I have been playing here off and on for a bit and I have noticed that they take some time to get payments confirmed before you can see it on your end.  I have not risked much here, because I am not good with this form of game, but the withdraws I have made were all completed in the past.  Try contacting the OP through other methods than on here.  They normally respond in reasonable time.  That is my experience from in the past.

So, I am happy to tell that there is no bug in the code.. it simply happened that you were betting on 0-3-8 betting address after we deactivated them and removed them from the SatoshiNonce site.. You probably have been betting automatically on those numbers... that's nothing wrong with that, but because of this you probably didn't realized that the bet address were non longer used and displayed on the site..
As you can see in fact in Game 0-9  you can now only bet on OVER or UNDER and not on the straight single number as before (unless you want to bet on 0 or 9 selecting "under 1" or "over 8" of course). You are still able to bet on a single straight number on the Game 00-99.

Hi, thanks for the inquiries.

1) You are betting on the Blockchain Nonce numbers (last digits) contained in the Block number that includes your Bet Transaction (when it shows "1 Confirmation").
So, to answer your question, you do not have to necessarily add a fee (generally 0.0001 btc) to your bet transaction to place your bet, but please consider that if you do not do that your transaction will not be considered and included in few of the new Blocks by miners. In simple words this means that your transaction will not be included by next available block and your bet result will be delayed by several minutes (as soon as a miner will want to add your transaction to his new found block).
when you win and the site pays you, the transaction fee to "speed up" the payout is added automatically by the site (and not charged on the win).

2) We had an initial marketing campaign for the launch of the site in February and planning to do a new one in June... when we also planning to finish the development and launch the new game we are working on at present.. a fantastic BlockChain lottery
