Well, that was unexpected, since Blockchain supported only the traditional Bitcoin and not popular altcoins (e.g. Litecoin) even Bitcoin Cash were not supported after fork.

So this news is true? I received this email in my spam folder and hence thought the link was a phishing link which is why I did not click it.

Since they accept ETH, it means all the coins too will be supported like on myetherwallet? Checked the blog but couldn't find this info.

Im not sure of this. But anyhow, users must not used any web wallet as receiving address for ETH contract tokens.
