I am having problem with my wallet. Tried it on 3 different windows computers and get the same crash error.

unhandle exception at 0x004945C
Asses Violation writing location 0X00000088

I ran it thru a debugger and this is what it showed

Line 004945C6     lock  cmpxchng    dword ptr[egi], eax

I've ran repair on it and it says all keys are fine but may have incorrect transactions.    Then it goes to rescan and after a few minutes of that, it crashes to desktop

Being that this is happening on 3 computers rules out a bad memory spot on the computers. 2 are 64 bit win 8.1 and 1 is 32 bit win 7

Is there a way to extract the keys w/o having to fix the wallet so I can import into a fresh wallet ?
It definitely sounds like your wallet is corrupted. You dump the privkeys on BLU the same way you do it with BTC. http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/4203/how-can-i-export-the-private-key-for-an-address-from-the-satoshi-client

Any plans to move off X11 algo, with the new ASIC X11 miners, about $1,000,000 is going to robbed from the X11 system in BTC and dollars to pay for the new mining equipment.

And, who wants to be a victim of robbery! LOL

Whilst, the GPU miners don't have to take out BTC and Dollars to get a rapid return on their investment, because their investments last for 3 years.
We have been been using our own custom built PoS-v algorithm for almost a year now! There's no more mining, only staking (virtual mining)!

If you are having issues connecting/syncing to the wallet please download this conf file and transfer it to your %appdata%\bluecoin folder! I have also repackaged the windows release to include the CONF file. You must move it to your %appdata%\bluecoin folder for it to have effect!

We are looking into the problems with the coin.

First we are starting by putting some more staking nodes online to see if this mitigates the lock-down issues.

We will also be watching the network logs closely to see if the PoS algorithm is failing us.

In other news we are now listed on a new exchange!

Bluecoin blockchain updated on CryptoChainer.com.  This is a large blockchain, and takes forever to sync.  In our case, the wallet takes quite a while to load.  I don't believe it's on any exchanges, and I have tried unsuccessfully to get Yobit to fix their wallet in maintenance.

Current Bluecoin blockchain is hanging out at CryptoChainer.com.  Maybe no one got their BLU out of Cryptsy yet, but there is hope, if we keep the blockchain alive. "I'm doing my part!"

So, what is the situation? What can be said Dev coins on Cryptsy?

Cryptsy is dead.  Only worthless coins have made it out.

It's not just the wallets being under maintenance, the BLU blockchain hasn't moved in like 2 months.  So you couldn't get your coins out even if the wallets were up and running.

I hate these accumulation games.

You'd think 10% whales would have a say....   Wink

Man up, Santos!

Estimated altcoin inflation or total supply over the next 10 years?

the information is needed for http://alt19.com/19/cryptocurrency.php

thanks

There will be 0 inflation, because the coin doesn't work.  My coins will never stake on the network, because my wallet can't connect to the network.

I'm not planning to fix the code myself, and I don't see anyone else working on it either.  Posting in this topic is more work than anyone is willing to do, so I doubt they'll be willing to work on the code.

Some people may be on "the right chain", but my coins will probably never make it back over to that chain.  So there will still be no inflation, because the total amount of stake rewards will probably be less than the amount of coins lost by people who can't get their wallets synced.

The coin doesn't work thanks to the node 78.45.140.81:27104 which has a broken blockchain stuck at 858500! There isn't a way to blacklist that node so the normal sync can resume?

It's working fine for me. current block (as of this post time): 1441634

Working fine also for me. Had some problems to synchronize for several days in November but after that, everything was ok.
