I see two problems with this coin:
1. Premine is too large (or shouldn't have been as in AC)
2. ~ 100 Days Pow Distribution = too long period for mining. If coin is profitable during these days, multi pools will constantly push its price down => not a good investment (you have to wait a minimum 100 days for PoS, before PoS I don't think price will rise too much because of the mutlipools)
