New exchange generation

New update of the Bolivarcoin Wallet Some of the most important changes:

Client updated to version 1.0.0.2.
Name of the customer changed to BolivarCore.
Added new checkpoints. (To avoid potential Hash attacks)
Fixed the closing of the wallet that could cause corruption of the chain or that remained active in the background.
New binary with a newer version of OpenSSL that fixes the Heartbleed vulnerability.
Removed the IRC Seed support. (No longer depends on a 3rd for the interconnection of the wallets)
Multi-signature addresses can now be generated.
