If I make the whole book free and accessible, who will donate towards my effort?
I'm sure the community will, given the effort that you've given just to compile this e-book, As Bitcoin adoption progresses, this e-book will become a classic and a great find, especially the hard bound, but you have to be rewarded. I think giving a special discount from time to time is another good idea.
I have a hard time with buying with Amazon, so I hope it will soon find its way to our country by resellers, just like all the other popular hard-bound books.

I admire the effort and sacrifice you have put into making this book, however definitely be cautious to associate your real identity with your Bitcointalk account. I have no doubt that hackers lurk on this forum looking for new targets they can socially engineer or try recover crypto exchange accounts from. Just a friendly warning.

Could you post the table of contents here? People will would not otherwise buy the book might if you mention something they are interested in.

Its worth getting this book based on its preview for newbies and old timers in Bitcoin, I'm sure this will soon become a classic, I hope to see a resell of this book in my country because shipping will cost a lot, Do you have a plan to create an e-book edition, like Vod recommended you should promote it on other platforms but I'm sure Amazon is going to promote this book.

I will create both an ebook and hardcover version soon. I'm recovering from the initial publication, because it was only me who put the book together.

It strikes me as odd that a revolutionary digital currency is described in an old fashioned physical book. I'll download it for a few dollars, but I'm not going to pay to ship anything.

Congratulations! May the book receive huge success. I would say for its price, it is definitely a steal. Considering it is over 200 pages, I think the price for the book is a great deal already. I do hope many can buy it and learn from the book.
Since I am from outside of US, it is already quite expensive to get it ship to me so it is unfortunate that I don’t think I would be able to buy this due to short budget. Still, huge cheers! Thank you for your hard work. The community owes you.
