Hey OP. I doubt you'll get much attention from potential donors, apart from what you already have.
Here's my offer of donation of my time -- allow me to help you edit your work. Did it for a living in previous career, still part of current job. It's pretty good content already so I won't look to change language, but more of a tidying up. e.g. inconsistency in British spelling, inconsistent Bitcoin/BTC use or even an explanatory footnote why you use BTC (thinking of the newbies here), presenting aliases.
Suggestions:
- Have a glossary already?
- More sources where you cite or present information (just hyperlink with source)
A decent book, suitable for a diverse audience.

Bitcoin history pages from inception to October 2018 fully complete. I anticipate 2008-2019 complete this month.

Nothing wrong with OP artwork, and the draw for this book will not be for the artwork.

Thank you for putting in the effort to prepare this book, I can understand and empathise with your frustration of not receiving donations. The difficulty is that people if given the option of having something for free, will not pay for it. I would recommend you consider getting some professional artwork done, and then selling the book to order on Amazon to assist with generating sales. You have obviously put in a tireless amount of effort, so you might be feeling underappreciated, but we live in a world where being a creative does not satisfy you monetarily, only for purpose and passion.

I'd like to see you get some reward for your efforts though - have you thought about selling each page for maybe $1 and then rewarding a full book with $1.50 a page? You control it by making a limited number of certain pages, and you can make $ by giving yourself a % of each automated trade. Of course, you'd have to put the pages on a blockchain. Combine your talent with your audience's passion.
