all customers have to download it ?
You will receive a PM about that (when i release a new Official version i PM all the customers)
It's not mandatory to use a new version, but usually there are some fix/add-on and it's good idea to upgrade

on YoBit (only there) it is so annoying that the API is always reading the whole balance if you check Statuts & suggest prices
