Ok - I figured it out. Now, can someone assist me with turning on the ping pong? I hit start process, but it's not doing anything.

Well this is a simple question.

Ping Pong Generator
Press the Check Current Status Button if you want to get :
- Your Primary/Secondary Currency Balances
- The % difference between the Lowest Sell Price & the Highest Buy Price
- A suggestion about the price to start a Sell/Buy Orders (according to the algo parameter you have set).
Create/Add User Ping Orders.
- Choose Type+Price+Quantity and press ADD PING ORDER (repeat for each order you want to create)
- Press the CREATE ORDERS button and C.A.T will create new orders.
This is how the process start.
If you start the process without orders, you will get a Zombie status (until you'll add a new ping)

Super noob question - how do I run CAT from windows 8?
I'm tried the read me file - I created the .bat file...but it just says:
click any key...then it closes???

Let's give an example:
at beginning you have 100USD and 0BTC. 1BTC is 1$
first operation is to balance the wallet: the BOT will buy 50BTC at 1$ so you will have 50$ in FIAT and 50$ in BTC values
now 50$ is the new center
let's assume in the balancer.properties you have left percentualDistance=5
the BOT will place 2 orders
an order at 50$+5%=52.5$ to sell some bitcoins (as the value per bitcoin is increased you have to sell some of them to keep your wallet balanced)
an order at 50$-5%=47.5$ to buy some bitcoins (as the value per bitcoin is decreased you have to buy some of them to keep your wallet balanced)
the BOT will poll the exchange and when an order is executed it will delete the other one and places 2 new orders following the same logic and using a new center (47.5$ or 52.5$ depending on which order got executed).

yesterday i've run a 24hours system test : same C.A.T. instance running on 3 Exchanges (new multi-login system).
I think i will release it friday/saturday.

A suggestion for your planned "arbitrage" feature:
Allow markets to "ping / pong" across multiple markets so it doesn't matter which account the trades are actually happening.
Just as long as you are trading a you currently would "ping pong" within 1 market.

i think what statdude mean is when CAT looks possibilty to get profit from LTC it will take a look at BTC/USD > USD/LTC > LTC/BTC without need to open 3 market windows ^^. Arbitrage between market in same exchange.
It just my 2cent

When C.A.T. will be ready i will open a little beta testing before official release to all C.A.T. users that wants to try the new multi-login version.
