Yeah buying with bitcoin online is good people will be more aware and physical shops also they should start using it. If they use both the ways online and offline people will be soon aware of Bitcoin. And even ATMs also to be installed in all the countries.

I would disagree with your statement because to hear about BTC and to know something specific about it is a big difference. If there is any truth in research that shows that less than 1% of the world's population owns/trades with crypto, we are still far from saying that most are familiar what is actually BTC.
Maybe it's quite different from what I intended to say, but most of the people are quite skeptical about what BTC can do, and just hearing about them with negative comments are having an impact. I do know that some of the people are not yet utilizing it, and we are just only a few in the world, right?I personally bought a lot of things with BTC (TVs, smartphones, various gadgets), but I don't think it helped others to become aware of BTC.
It's weird to actually influence people with Bitcoin to buy stuff but not telling them how you obtained it in the first place unless you bought it early. Maybe at the point where you bought a lot of BTC as you said in the earlier time, it would amaze them, but now it's a risk to do. I have shared some things with other people that my gadgets were paid using BTC, and they are skeptical. That's just the reality we are in now.

It will have an impact to the one's who are also interested in spending bitcoin in online shops. Actually, if people will be aware that bitcoin is volatile, they will not spend it buying some stuffs. Thus, will just make it as a store value just like others are usually doing. But on the other hand, yes. People who do not know that such bitcoin exists will becone interested and aware on how to probably use it as digital payments.

I don't know, sorry I don't agree with this idea. for now, the high price volatility of Btc makes it less effective as a price benchmark for products and services. Remember the history of Pizza Day? imagine how much pizza you get today if you use BTC when it is used to buy a pizza at that time? so, maybe showing a good investment or trading portfolio development can provide a more effective one. That’s not really necessary. When I talk to people about cryptocurrency almost everyone already knows about it and telling them that you purchased with Bitcoin is not going to make them interested in it. Those that even developed interest in Bitcoin didn’t do so because they heard that they can use it to purchase from stores, they only decided to buy Bitcoin because they saw the possibility of making profit from it.Bitcoin is volatile, so how exactly do you except them to be funding their wallet without plans of making profit in return?

How this is going to work? Nowadays Bitcoin is used less as a currency or mode of payment, and used more as a speculative investment asset. How we can encourage people to spend their Bitcoins, when we ourselves are expecting that BTC will reach $100,000 or $250,000 within the next few years? Spending our coins means that we are expecting Bitcoin to go down in the market.

I literally disagree with you in all the ways. Firstly, Bitcoin has a positive impact in many domains even online shops, so most of people are turning to Bitcoin as a solution to avoid the high value of fees in FIAT.
In fact, we are supposed to spread the positive characteristics of Bitcoin and not the negative. I expect that BTC or cryptocurrencies in general will replace FIAT but after a long time. It depends on how the next events will affect ( after launching the Libra coin for example ) I would guess.

Well, people need to have strong reasons to use Bitcoin/crypto. I think these need to be part of the reasons: sound/safe money, better security, gives you control over your money, transparency, better marketplace/stores, decentralized insurances, etc

It is just like telling people that you can buy stuff online/anywhere using debit and credit card, although you can persuade them by telling them that you whatever or how much you're hodling is gonna be always there. There ain't no maintaining fees that could cause closure of your account because there is no such thing as an account in Bitcoin, unless you're using an online wallet which is highly discourage especially for the means of "hodling" . There ain't no strict requirements. Just you, your money and your device (whether it'd be mobile or desktop). This would, however, just increase the chance of persuading people to invest in Bitcoin, and not just merely being aware of it.

That can be a strategic way on how you can make people aware of bitcoin's existence but still you should find more effective way on dessiminating knowledge about it. You should find a proof like a receipt or anything that proves that you bought it with bitcoin so that they would believe and start patronizing bitcoin afterwards. It will be good if it's just easy like that, but others are too suspicious that they tent to tailored negative news especially those who don't understand it and not able to buy at lower price then their investment is not getting profit. Though to those who are finding new innovation and convenient way in paying, telling how easy we are able to pay, or simply paying to someone who didn't know it yet will work to spread adoption.
Yeah, I know some of us here just don't want to talk about bitcoin to others. Security and privacy purposes.
But when you are an average guy whose salary is just enough and can still make a way to buy this kind of technology then it is something to boast to friends. Specially when there is liquor on the table.
