Bounty campaigns is very much known nowadays which results to too many participants.Participants who wish to have a great reward from bitcoin.It is just ok because the blessing is divided with accordance to their position and posting done.Through it more upcoming investors in the ICO projects.Just choose the genuine bounty campaigns and do your best in posting.
Yes it will divided to the participants but it depends to ranking and the post that you did. Still have a more profit compare to work in a company because here my country you are only receiving a minimum wage and so stress upon going home but here in btc stress free and you have a lot of time with your family for bonding.

It's better to try to find some great projects and provide them with quality support for a good reward, thereby not inflating the shit-bubble and not supporting the scam. Same for really good projects, it's better to have 100-200 quality contributors than thousands of all in a row.

well thats true nowadays bounty participant was like crazy. many people make new account just to join in it. but more participant was also have a good point for the ICO project and for bounty hunter itself, it will increase the succesfull rate of the project since more member means more promotion. bounty hunter wouldn't get paid if the project didn't reach soft cap anyway.
as for to prevent bounty member that spaming there's some bounty manager that already make a blacklist of bounty participant that caught spaming and stealing other people work.

In my opinion bounty campaigns will be modify or not survive. Anyway it is more important for participants not for developers. I think there will be a lot of changes in ICO in this year.

the real reason bounty campaigns are launched is to promote their ICOs. the more the participants to join the better it is. their are some ICOs that limit their participants but most ICOs don't have a limit. if ICOs limit their participants it will have some or more effect in their project. in order for their ICOs to have a higher chance of success they have to accept participants as many as possible to promote their ICOs. this will lessen the bounties the bounty hunter will receive but more participants is good for ICOs. Regulation on the # of participants would be a good thing. At least participants will be able to earn maximum compensation for their work. Having too many participants would entail additional work for the team and the bounty manager. Something I would say is quite stressful and time consuming.

Unfortunately, recently more and more people are participating in Bounty companies. And accordingly Bounty hunters receives fewer and fewer awards. It seems to me that in the future conditions participation in Bounty companies will change. Companies will pay attention to quality, not just quantity.

Yes, bounty is becoming more popular but still there are many bounties with not very strict rules. How you suppose they will chose best participants?
It's really hard to do that, we cant control people who really wants to join. Maybe instead of thinking that try to find a BOUNTY that has few participants but of course the one that will pay you.

Hope there will be more good bounties with bigger rewards, because Twitter campaigns now are totally useless, lot of work with personal tweets, reports and so on... Also blogs are bad, there are many copy/paste articles..
Some campaigns limit the number of participants and I think that is a good thing.
