Some of the campaign managers are not checking manually participants reports and sometimes the bounty campaign will stop because of lack of communication to team members because the campaign manager are lazy/idle on work. But some of the campaign manager are really work hard on their campaigns.

It is not a wastage of time, and that is how it's has been. The reason for that long time for distribution is that they have to wait and see to know if they meet the soft cap and also see the achievements before rewarding the participants.

At the moment too many people work in bounty program if you newbie, you can do Bounty program because for bounty program is not a wastage time because if you don't know how to make money in this area so at first start work in bounty program then when you know about trading details then start trading. I think the bounty is not waste time so you can do that.
I do not think it's a waste of time but we just have to wait for the right time later there will also be results if we follow all the prize criteria, then we will get rewards, we must believe that the effort will not betray the results.
for me it is not wasting time but if w get a bad project absolutly wasting time. as a bounty hunter we need more patiance because bounty will take our time. ico,distribution and listing on market is takes several months. but if we get a good project all time we spent on it is worth.

Not really, maybe you joined a shit project with shit bounty program. Yes bounty takes a months or weeks but for ne had a good choice in bounty campaign can make big profit, worth than trading or investment. I do not think that participation in the Bounty, and even more so, those who do it, it's a waste of time. The bounty company is unique in its kind of activity, but let it not be much needed and interesting, but still there is a place to be
