I think time between 2 to 4 months it's natural bounty due to the promotion and selling of their token. And the promotion will not be easy because not all investors interested in buying. That depends on the end result of the campaign itself. If the campaign ends up being a legit campaign that pays all its participants successfully, that campaign would definitely not be a waste of time. On the other hand, if the campaign turns out to be a scam and does not pay anything to its participants, it is obviously a waste of time. This is why research and luck play a crucial role when selecting which campaigns to participate in.
Yeah, the end result is all that matters. Bounty is a lot of risk and you are simply at the mercy of the ICO being successful to be able to get anything out of it which is the reason why anyone should always try as much as possible to make an attempt to at least be selective in choosing the project they want to be a part of, rather than just going for anything. for me bounty still profitable because I do not have the money to buy coins so despite the time but I still get the coins and can be sold in the market

It depends. If a project is good, then probably its not a waste of time. But there are a lot of shitty projects with bounty programs that may be waste of time. I sometimes do Airdrops, but thats it for me

No it's not a waste of time. You are responsible for choosing the bounty campaign's you want to join and that's you're decision. With this business you need more knowledge first, more patience and open to know more techniques in this crypto world.
For me its not wastage of time for participating of campaign it takes a long time theirs 1 month or 2 months but at the end of campaign you will receive a token it will be a worth it for waiting what have youve work for.

No, this is not a waste of time, just we are now in the bear market, and need to wait for the bulls to coins that you get grown! In the meantime, you just need to do the job every day and wait!
In addition, the bounty can not be called a waste of time, if everything is put on stream. For example, you have a payment for the past bounty, and you are already doing another. In this situation, you will receive tokens from the previous bounty once a month or two. 
If you want to do a signature bounty with a Jr rank I would say yes it's kind of time wasting, I'd suggest steemit if you are interesting in posting but you don't have a good rank here, the best bounty campaign is translating bounty, if you know some other languages well you can give it a shot, also YouTube campaign could be very profitable too if you got a good number of subscribers.
As long as you get your reward thats not waste of time, but choose your project carefully, many project outhare is bad at promotion, it will make the project fail to reach softcap
If you take part in a fraud bounty and do not get paid at last, it is completes waste of time. So spend more time searching genuine bounties here, I like the signature campaigns paying in btc.
