Most signature campaigns don't accept newbies for signature but there are still many campaigns that you can get involved in which includes content and social campaigns. You can check Altcoins ANN thread to choose those you are willing to participate in.
I did not see such bounties. Everywhere accept in participants from jr.member not less. beginners are not taken because they do not know rules of participation
Beginners do have to do a lot of research and raise ranks to be able to join the gift. As a beginner, you read a lot and keep learning so that your business can be appreciated and get a reward so you can join in the gift.
it's unfair for those beginners because they can't join signature campaigns. forum is so unfair unlike before the rules was so cool compare to the rules.
Newcomers are very rarely accepted in the subscription campaign and in General it seems they can not wear a signature because this function is not available for them. You can just earn merit and become a rank higher
When I was a beginner in General at the very beginning of my journey, I read a lot and looked for information on the forum itself. I carried out the analysis of this or that campaign and drew conclusions to take or not to take. In General, all the information is on sales campaigns and the market here on the forum! For Newbie i think you can also find good bounties on platform like Bounty0X, Bountyhive, and Bountyplatform. Check them out as these platforms don't really require much from participants except you want to participate in Signature campaign where the minimum rank require is that of Junior member or Member rank above as the case maybe. It is very hard to get some bounties for newbies. Newbies are being hated by most snr members on the forum because they usually spam the page with loose posts. Getting bounties for newbies you can check on the forum or bountylord.
Newbies are not allowed for majority of signature campaigns. You can join social media campaign, telegram or other campaign available at the bounty. I would recommend that you try to rank up until you Jr.member so you can join signature campaign as well. Look for biunty managers that has a good reputation like iwantpony, blockeye and other bounty groups like Amazix.
Beginners to participate in the signature will not bring tangible prosperity better participate in social networks there you will get as much as for the signature with the rank of Newbie

As everyone said,since you are newbie,you should mainly focus on social media part of the campaign so facebook,twitter,articles,videos etc.But if you are ready to spend approximately 12-13 USD you can upgrade your account to Copper Member and therefore wear member rank signature,as there are campaigns that accept those too.I think its worth to invest a bit into copper account,it will make your experience smoother here,and you might even profit extra by joining signature campaigns that accept those members.
For NEWBIE there is almost no real opportunity to participate in the bounty. I will not be greedy information and share for NEWBIE have the opportunity to participate in the signature of Fan Chain.

We understand the dilemma of those who have been demoted from Jr Member to Newbie, since you have been posting for a long time, it is very hard to accept that you have been kicked out from campaign that you are into. For newbies as in new to the forum i would suggest that you should understand rules first before joining any campaign. For you to rank up first. The best for you would probably be twitter and facebook campaigns listed on the "Bouties" section, though the rewards may not be that big of a thing right now, cause the market is still down, it can still recover though as it has happened before. 
as a beginner you can take part in creative content campaigns or social media, there are still some of the bounty campaigns that allow beginners to follow campaigns
You can still search the forum at the market place of alternate cryptocurrency, visit the child board and click on bounties, where you will find different projects. Search those projects for the ones that are allowing newbies to participate. Although, most often, newbies are allowed to participate in social media bounty.

I think some projects still accepts NEWBIES ACCOUNTS except for the signatures, and another way to partake in signature is for you to buy a copper member and you are good to go or better still write a good content and get merits.
