Pre-order will be open somewhere in Christmas holidays if everything goes with current pace. Tokens will be treated as stated in the whitepaper. 50% of them will be forwarded to replenish COIN reserve (managed by smart contract, no chance to manually withdraw). 50% will be used for Ecosystem Development. Coinvest doesn't apply token burning.
