If you really read the OP post you will see that telegram bounty already posted there. Go join them now, a lot of active members are doing their discussions there. Also active members can get 10 stakes.

They already said that the bounty program will end at the end of the ICO, which is approximately in 2 more months. Yes you could join any time as long as it's before the end of the ICO. Good luck

Very interesting project! I am sure that this bounty campaigns does not give also other people a second thought to join in this bounty campaign, especialy that the rules to join in the bounties is clear.
